I just want to caution people about this. You are using Metro PCS per your other post. Anyone who has Metro PCS can absolutely trust this data and it's highly relevant and very useful. For people with any other carrier, it's meaningless unless you know that Metro PCS shares towers with your carrier.

It would be great if other people could post their experiences and carriers. You don't have to test this at BG time, just any time you're in the MMRR building, see how your connection is and post your experience and carrier. That would really help people decide what to do at RD.
were in line for MMRR after the point where the fp line and standby merge. I have Sprint on an iPhone SE and had terrible service. I was just trying to text someone but I was trying to get a boarding group it might not have worked very fast

Today was our day!! We had just missed a HS bus at 6:40. The next one came around 7. We went through bag check and tapped in 7:34. We waited by TOT. There were seven of us - all on different iPhone models. All of us were on data - four on Verizon, one on T-Mobile and two on AT&T.

I practiced every day for about a month. When I got to friends and family only my two sons were listed and it said they were already in a group. I trained my 22 year-old DS on the bus there. Naturally he got right through and got BG 7! We went right over and they called us as we got to the ride area. We were all blown away! Thanks for everyone giving tips here and reporting back. It was tremendously helpful - at least for me telling him what he should do. It was frustrating though that my other son never got in and most of the rest of us had issues.

Just looked at Thrill-Data and today seems ok. Being at 67 at 2p seems alright but doesn't seem to be humming along.
How are things going? Has there been an substantial slow downs or delays today?

I have a Samsung phone. I'm hearing you get into the app & keep refreshing it until the park opens to get your boarding pass. I tried this at home & it doesn't refresh. On other sites, to refresh, I swipe down from mid-screen. Thank you

if you read back a page or two you can see someone reported being evacuated and given fp for later

Thanks, I did see that but no follow up so didn't know how much that situation affected progress.
the attraction has 2 sets of closures, one is a temporary one, lasting from 30 min to an hour and the second is a hard reset so to speak, that one lasts about 2 hours. When you go on MDE you can tell when the attraction is stopped by the bg numbers being called (or not being called)

My sister is going tomorrow. I have given them every tip...tap in all the way to the far right, wait till 7:58 to launch app, then wait till 8am and 3 secs to hit find out more etc...

They are going FOR RoTR. Its the crux of the whole trip, but they also want to ride MMRR. Should they wait till they get a boarding group and then queue up for MMRR? Will the line be too long and they risk missing their boarding group window?? Any thoughts?

RoTR is priority.

@GADisneyDad14 i don’t know how long Disney is going to open MMRR early but any chance we can modify the infamous Posts 1 or 2 to include a list of experiences with different carriers in the MMRR building? So far we have PCS Metro as good and Sprint as questionable.

If RotR is priority I would find a quiet spot and book that, maybe check the line for MMRR through out the day, the morning rush makes it a very long line so I would wait until later if they are willing to wait an hour or 90 min, the weather tomorrow will be amazing, first weekend of MMRR open so I'm sure lots of locals will go...I'm thinking of heading over, maybe

let’s see what happens... BG 135. Currently at 67-73 at 2:44pm. This’ll be a bonus ride as I was able to ride this past Tuesday.

Merged you to the proper thread

We lined up today at 3:07 with a 90 min posted wait for MMRR. We were out at 430. Best wait time of the day I think

We're planning our trip for May, and we've been going back and forth on whether or not we should start an extra one of our days (5 total) at DHS just in case we don't get a BG. Our officially planned DHS day is the last day of our trip. We were considering starting at DHS on our Epcot day, which would definitely give us an extra chance at a BG. My only fear is that if we do get a BG on our Epcot day, we'll have to be "on call" at Epcot all day. I also don't want that repeated travel time to take away from us being able to enjoy Epcot. Is it too risky to just stick to ONE DHS day?
