Waiting for Points to "Load" / Populate - Resale Contract Visible -

Our last contract appeared on site on a Tuesday. The points weren’t loaded by Saturday, so I used the chat facility and they were showing within minutes (still during the chat).

Long story short, whoever operates the chat can arrange to load the points, once the contract is visible. Not sure who that is, though.
There are anecdotal reports of both MA and MS being involved in the process. My own personal observation from this thread is that MA is in charge of posting the contracts and then MS has the responsibility/ability to post points.
 
That's fast to load the contract! Update on points popping?

Sorry I forgot to update.

The contract was visible on a Thursday the points showed up on Sunday.

Was less than a week from when DVC got my paperwork to loading the points in my account.

Now I have to say my title company messed up and forgot to send the paperwork to Disney. Is it possible the Title company asked Disney to put a rush on the points being loaded? I dont know

I chatted last night and they said they could no longer do it via chat so I called them this morning and she said check this afternoon online and if not try around 4 pm tomorrow as they are working Saturdays and are working on them.
 
Did they give you any issues/ when was this? They keep telling me this is not something they can do
@zakdavid hang in there buddy, if the contract showed in the website last Monday, the points will probably show up sometime this Monday coming up. We've all been there and know how it feels.

Thanks :). The fact that my original contract was direct is not helping my comparison.

Buying direct is instant gratification. We have bought some resale and some direct. Buying direct and seeing your points there a couple hours later almost seems worth the extra money sometimes.
 
Waiting anxiously here too, have two processing now
1. Deed Recorded 12/20/19 - Contract showed on my DVC account on 01/03/20...... waiting on points
2. Deed recorded 12/31/19 - waiting on activation email(different use year)

My guess is the Member Admin reps work on loading these between phone calls, and very likely the week between Christmas and New Years was very busy with phone calls handling member issues, so they have gotten a little behind.

-s/w Member Administration: received 1/2/20 - forwarded to their resale title transfer team -- backlogged do to holidays. Advised another1-2 weeks to process from their side (she didn't elaborate on that the MA done vs MA+MS for point population and I didn't push it either).
