And I am back in the swing of things, James is back to school and I am back to work this week boooo lol

To cap off our trip we had a good time we saw a lot and trying some new stuff.

First off we were able to get a disability pass for James because he has sensory issues. Which was a good blessing because we did not have to wait long for rides and were able to go on a lot rides even ones with long wait time. You just go up to the fastpass line and ask for a return time and it is usually about an hour max some time it was only 10 mins we had to wait for some rides. So we were able to do a lot of riders for example all the rides in toy story land twice. James loved the slinky dog we even did one time at night. We had a fast pass for one. get a return time for another, get on the fastpass ride and by the time it was over we can go on the next ride.

The return pass help us a lot and the CM were very nice and friendly. For example we went of frozen and once we were done James was like that’s it it was so short and he wanted to go on again right away. So we talked to the CM and explained that James thought it was so short and wanted to go again so they gave use a return time for 5 mins so we went to the washroom and got back in the fastpass line and went on the ride again.

James and emily did the new ride in starwars land I did not go because I knew It would make me sick. How ever ecen thou we are not star wars people we really did enjoy the land and it is so detailed.

We did leave the Disney bubble and sent to an outlet store just off of property. We found some deals but nothing really exciting.

But for the most part we just took out time going around the parks and let james do things at his speed. We did have a few breaks here and there during the day and went back to the resort to unwind.

We did both agree that the All star was a good resort we would not stay there again and room was very small and the one bus stop at the front every morning ment long waits. And there are no fastpass for the busses lol

No bus Fastpasses??? 😅 We walked right on most buses except that one morning when it took FOREVER AND EVER to load a guest in a cart :faint: along with SEVEN FAMILY MEMBERS! :rolleyes1 That was the first bus that was standing room only but we were offered seats by a gentleman and his son. That happened a couple of times :lovestruc; so nice to know there are still people with manners that offer their seats to "older people" :rolleyes1. David returned that favor twice for a lady with a walking boot (how she managed DW in a walking boot is beyond me 😳 and a young lady with a disability. Most mornings if we were at the end of the bus line there'd be a bus right behind or one that arrived in 5 minutes. The morning it took forever to load the guest in the cart the next bus arrived ...his parking space was still occupied so he had to drive around "the loop" TWICE! After park closing we never had to wait for a 2nd bus; some evenings they were fairly crowded but the bus system has improved tremendously over just last year. They had a CM out every morning supervising and calling for extra buses if needed. The ONLY time we had to deal with a screaming baby was Thursday afternoon returning from Disney Springs. It was CLEARLY nap time and it took some effort on the part of the mother but she had him asleep in less than 5 minutes! Which All Star were you at? We were at Sports and the only "issue" we had was the turkey meal they served at the Pop wasn't available there...but oh my goodness was the rotisserie chicken good! :cloud9: David was just disappointed...had his heart set on the turkey. :goodvibes Had a GREAT room location (we stayed in the preferred section) and had plenty room. They DO need to put new carpet in; it's pretty worn. Cheerleading groups and band groups arrived Friday evening and on Saturday which made it a little more crowded but we never had any issues with them. They were all polite and as quiet as teenagers can be. One night after we returned from the parks the food court was pretty busy but other than that we didn't even know they were there.

SO enjoyed our brief meeting and wish it could have been longer. Katie was super excited to try your gift but I told her we had to wait until Redstorm was with us so we could share with her. She tried to "steal" the maple syrup when she left but I caught her! :rotfl: We start our "routine" tomorrow and boy will it be a BUSY one :headache: beginning with ANOTHER visit to the dentist! :faint::tink:

we were at Music this trip. they only time we eat at the resort was breakfast and it was mickey waffles every day :)

While Disney vacations are always special...there's NO PLACE LIKE HOME :lovestruc ! The Princess was here with Boo and she barked when I walked up to the back door. Once I walked in and said "BOO" she literally "went into a slide" she ran so fast toward me! :rotfl2: Our sweet little Princess had a surprise for us too. I received a text from her as soon as we landed in Austin...she wanted to know where the baking soda, flour shifter and hand mixer was. :scared: She baked sugar cookies for us AND, as she was mixing colors to color small amounts of the dough...SHE KNOCKED THE BOTTLE OF RED FOOD COLORING ON THE FLOOR! :scared1: She had 95% of it cleaned up but boy what a mess; I now have quite a few "pink" cup towels and wash clothes. 🙄 Hope to get back into things here maybe tomorrow but for now there are tons of things that need to be done. Missed you guys and Diane...I went over some of my Galaxy's Edge photos and boy do I have a TON to share with Nick! :tink:

We had Mickey waffles 4 of the 7 days :goodvibes:cloud9: ... they were SO good! The other days were omelet days and they were good too! The BEST breakfast offerings in the food courts! :tink:

Hope all the red fool coloring came out

Busy day getting groceries for Thanksgiving, a little Christmas shopping ... and ANOTHER trip to the dentist! This "repair job" will "only" be around $1500 🥴! Cool experience in Walmart today...I saw the former Governor of Texas, Rick Perry, in the sports section! Finally getting laundry started (have very little clean clothes 😜 in the closet) and finished going through the first 2000+ photos :dance3:... a couple of my favorites from the first 3 days. LOVED THESE LITTLE GUYS...they were adorable!
