Same here, I'm logged in but beep getting "Unable to connect - try again later" message on my Amazon Fire tablet. Not sure if it has something to do with my tablet...I hope not.

Success! I found a work-around on my Amazon Fire table...when I get the "unable to connect screen", I do a search for a specific title and it brings up the movies and I'm able to watch. It's better than nothing for now...

Downloaded app on XBox and watching the Imagineering episode 1 right now. Had a couple of holding pattern errors, just kept trying. Once it has started, it hasn't stopped on me. Lovin' it!

not able to watch anything on my android phone. "unable to connect" Tried the search feature. It brings up everything but it won't play anything.

You get the full Disney experience with this app. An immense catalog of Disney goodness combined with the Disney IT experience that we all know and love so well.

It works.
Cannot connect.
It works again!
Cannot connect again.

I assume those of us who have thoroughly enjoyed the Disney IT web experience over the years can find some humor in the current situation.

Had some issues opening it up this morning, but got it open eventually via the app on my Samsung Smart TV.

Also installed on my iPhone. Not sure what to watch tonight ... the littlest one (3yo) was the first watcher of Doc McStuffins.

May start with some classic Mickey shorts tonight before the kids go to bed ..then the Mandalorian tonight!

I kind of figured this would happen. Disney fans are online first thing to do anything. Remember how disney fans crashed the D23 site?! Now you have all of canada and US trying to signup and watch at the same time. Servers are probably being overloaded. Should better in a couple of days I'm assuming.

I can browse the Disney+ app (slowly) but have no option to actually play anything. I assume the kinks will get ironed out as the day goes on.

Online wth Hulu tech support getting the bundle situation straightened out...

I have a Samsung smart TV, but don't see the Disney+ app? Did you have to download it, or did it just appear with all your other apps?

DH got ours set up on our Sony Smart TV a little while ago (the app just appeared when he turned the TV on) and could choose a program but it wouldn’t start playing. We figured the servers are overloaded, so we’ll try again later.

Our internet connection is not the greatest and while I can get Netflix to work I can't get Disney plus to play anything. Not that I want people to be having issues but it does make me feel better that it isn't my connection so much as a server overload issue.

We are slated to get fiber optic internet but not until next summer so I would have been extremely disappointed if I just paid for streaming services I couldn't use for a year.

Got it set up on all our devices this morning. It’s crazy glitchy, with about a 40-50% success rate of getting it to do what we want. Still, even in its semi-functional state, I can already tell we will love it. The Boy is watching Tron right now ☺ I’m confident the glitches are due to volume and first day bugs and will be sorted out soon enough.
