If I had a stash of MRs right now and I had done any self-support activity, I would absolutely be making a paranoid move. (transfer to a partner, cash-out with Schwab, something). Not sure if that makes us both paranoid and crazy...but maybe that makes you feel a little better?
Last I checked I can't log in. not shut down (I hope) just a frozen page....this is so weird- ETA______went back to check today and I can log in normally now.

Just bought a roku soundbar and disney gift cards with the amex best buy offer. Used dd's AU gold card on my Platinum account which should put her over $500 in spending. Went through RMN--not sure if that's still working. At least my family room tv will be able to play Disney+.

Every time I use the Chase app to log into my business account to check offers, the app stops when I click on "Check more offers". Has this happened to anyone else, and if so have you found a solution? I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, but that didn't fix it. I'm on Android, if that helps. I really want to see those offers!

I'm so tempted by their low prices compared to what we pay with Verizon but my mom has T-mobile and I think her coverage and service stinks. She tolerates it cause she likes the pricing but her calls are constantly dropped and she is the only person I call that I almost always feel like either I'm talking into a tin can or I hear an echo of my own voice. Now, my mom lives out of the city a ways so I think that could be part of her poor service.

I do think T-mobile has done some things to improve their coverage. It used to be pretty poor around Denver but I've heard it's getting better. Meanwhile, Verizon used to be great here and my coverage seems spotty lately so maybe they sold some towers to T-mobile. Idk.
I've been wondering the same....around me T Mobile is the pits. Dead zones everywhere.....used to be Verizon was tops around here but I swear the past year or so it's getting worse.... I use a 3rd tier prepaid that runs on verizon- I was considering trying out Comcast mobile but I hate changing if it's not going to work

Just to chime in, I need a new phone and ATT has absolutely no deals for existing customers and to add insult to injury, want to charge me $25 additional for an upgrade. I'm seriously considering switching. Tmobile is on my list to check out.

So my wife just had her annual fee hit on her SW Biz card (the old one). I was going to have her support me for one of the new SW Biz cards and hopefully after I was approved cancel her account to keep the 6K points but get the annual fee removed. Do I need to keep it open until she gets the support bonus? Is it 30 or 90 days after the fee for cancelling and getting it removed. Just trying to make sure the timing works.

Edit: Or is it better to leave open one more year to support for both business cards.
It's unfortunately 30 days to get a refund for the AF. I'd keep it open to get the support points (especially if you have the ability to get a 2nd cross support click in a couple months!) That value greatly outweighs the AF.

I got into an absurd battle with AT&T over upgrades back in the spring. I wanted to upgrade my phone and move my husband from Verizon to AT&T. They were offering a BOGO iPhone XR at the time. They would not process the deal for me because they said my current iPhone 8 was under contract, even though I bought the phone outright from them a year prior to that, and they wanted to charge more to add him to the line than I was paying for him to be on his mom's family plan. I went way up the ladder trying to get someone to get it straight and they couldn't do it. The last supervisor I talked to told me the only thing I could do is cancel my current contract, lose my cell number that I've had for 15 years, and get an all new plan and number. It was laughably stupid. I ended up buying DH a new phone from Verizon and leaving him with them.

To piggy back off this, on a different Chase card, is it 30 days from the day the fee hits, statement close, or when you pay it?

Not just you. Lots of complaints on the biz offers. Mine says I have 8 but I can't view them, the app just crashes. I keep hoping they release an update soon to fix it. (Or magically fix it like they magically broke it) Last time I could get into it I only had 4 offers so I'm missing out :(

According to the 3rd reply in this string it's actually based on when your statement closes not the day it's billed...

Honestly I'm not sure I've seen a clear DP on this. The strictest interpretation would be 30 days from when it's billed, if you're planning to cancel I wouldn't play around. If you have a PC option that can be easier since they likely will give you a pro-rated refund after you PC (I believe).

I have heard people talk about having a free night certificate extended. Does anyone know if this is possible with IHG? I have one that is good until 7/2020, but DH's expires 4/2020. I would love to use these for a trip up to Traverse City for Memorial Day. When I log in, it is giving me the option to book a night using DH's certificate. Does this mean it will extend it or do I have to call after I book?

ETA: It gave me an error when I actually hit reserve.

I've got that issue too

Check your AmEx offers. Best Buy offers are out! Spend $300, get $30 and spend $300, get 3k MRs.
Didn't get that one, bummer
Decisions, decisions...I now have enough points to transfer to Qantas to return like a peasant while they still have the 20% transfer offer. Or do I wait and hope I can grab 1st class in the future?
Is Qantas known for adding First seats later on? Would not having seats booked home for potentially a while cause you anxiety?
Anyone know if there is a maximum number of offers you can add to a card? I am also having to fill cards with useless offers just to get the latest ones to show.
same question
I don't but I'm adding the ones that expire first so at least they will fall off soon.
I've been doing that, but not enough to get the really good offers.

Is it important/ necessary to keep putting some spend on cards after meeting MSR? We've got 2 CIPs that we've finished MSR on, and since we are working on MSR on 3 other cards (Hilton Biz, Hilton Aspire & SW Performance Biz,) I've taken the CIPs out of our wallets and transferred all autopays to the new cards. Should I be finding some smaller charges to put on the CIPs or can I leave them alone?
