I wish DCL had seminars and behind the scene photos about the ship we are on. What's the history of the ship? How big are the engines? Are you cooking with gas in the kitchen? How do you wash all those sheets and towels in a day? Navigation 101: Are we there yet?

Would do more longer cruises on the fantasy. 7 days isn’t long enough And we don’t like the smaller ships, even though they get the longer cruises.

Although our head server hinted that this might be in the works for the fantasy when the Wish starts sailing out of port canaveral.

Since DCL added the nachos and other snacks for a fee in the bars, I haven't seen any of those complimentary snacks they used to have. They might have them on some ships/cruises, but I've been on the Dream and Fantasy multiple times since this change and haven't seen them out like they were in the past.

I wish they would revise their policy of how much liquor you could bring onboard to how it was in the olden days, or at least have a policy that takes into account of the number of days you are cruising and allow according to length of cruise instead of a flat, two bottles of wine or a six pack of beer per person per cruise.

Oh, we were on the Magic. I think they put them out around 5:30. This was in September.

It’s actually per port, not per cruise. Except for sea days and stops at CC, there are usually opportunities to restock over the course of the cruise. We’ll be on the Fantasy for the Western Caribbean in just over a week. It would be hard for me to get through anything near the carryon wine allowance if I restocked at each opportunity, a total of 8 bottles of wine per adult for this 7-night cruise. I might be able to get through 4 six packs of beer per adult, but I’m no longer of an age where I want to drink so much beer every single day.
