OKW and ECVs

We are planning a trip for our entire family at OKW next year and are hoping to stay in a Grand Villa. Most of the GVs are on the second floor and someone in our party will need an ECV. Where do you park the EVC if the entrance is the on the second floor and there is no elevator?

Unfortunately, there is no where to park it other than your villa. You need a building with an elevator or a HCA GV with a first floor entrance. Plus that person will need to sleep on the first floor, too. I doubt a vendor will want you to leave it outside in case of rain. You may need to rethink your plans and use a GV at another resort with an elevator.

If the GV is near the Hospitality House, Bell Services can store your ECV overnight. We just returned from OKW with my BIL using a rental ECV. We didn't need to store it, since we had a first-floor room, but the Bell Services CM told us we could when we picked it up.

Maybe not with the new rules about scooter and strollers unless the OP rents from Scooterbug. The GV near the HH isn't in 11-14. They are in Bldg 25, across the bridge from the HH.

I would definitely try to reserve a Handicap accessible GV, there is only ONE GV with a ground floor entrance (bldg 48), and two in bldg 63 with elevator access.
