Has anyone done 1 of these? We are doing a split WDW/US trip in Feb/Mar so we will only have 2 days in each. It seems like these are similar to DAH, but I wanted to get the opinions of others who have gone.

I did a Harry Potter one about 2 years ago and it was well worth it. Same concept as DAH - unlimited non-alcoholic drinks, ice cream and treats (including butterbeer), dinner was included as well, and best of all low crowds. You could get into either Universal park a few hours before the event started to enjoy the other attractions, but event itself was across both HP lands with the ability to ride HE in between and I think one of the plusses over Disney is that because it was so spread out no one area felt crowded at all. (I’ve heard the complaints about Disney after hours events getting more and more crowded every year). My sister went on Dragon Challenge 6 times in a row with no wait, we got to do the Ollivander’s experience completely alone, drank enough free Butterbeer to horrify your average dietician, and had plenty of time to explore every single nook and cranny of both lands. LOVED LOVED LOVED it and super bummed I’m missing this year’s!

Thanks! In Feb it's a 2 day event so I think we are doing both days. I just hope getting an uber back to WDW won't be too hard or too expensive b/c of surge lol

We went to one last December. The wait times were great! There were tons of characters roaming around. A lot of them we had never seen out before. Great food options. We were all about trying the things we were curious about but didn’t want to spend the money on if we didn’t like it. We have tossed around the idea of doing it again this Dec, but we are a family of 5 ( only hubby and I went last time) and it is a pretty big expense since we already have passes and normally stay at one of the hotels with express and club level. If you don’t have passes, I would recommend it.

We specifically planned our trip around the 1 in March.

We are just going for the event. Leaving after my daughter gets out of school on Thursday. Driving the straight 12 hrs down. Leaving that Sunday morning and driving straight back home. Going for my 50th birthday. I am sure after all that traveling I'll feel older than 50.
