Bounceback Information and FAQ Thread - 25-35% off BOUNCEBACKS ARE BACK for 2024/2025!

Has anyone booked a BB deal while they were onsite, and then had it transferred to a TA? I'm thinking about booking this when we are there at the end of August, but I have a friend who is a TA that is great about checking for better deals and adjusting our package for us if something better comes out later. I'd love to book this and then turn it over to her if that can be done!

Yes, book it while you are there, and do the deposit. Then when you get home, contact your TA for instructions on how to transfer. My TA just sent me an electronic form to fill out and return, and then she contacted Disney for the transfer. Simple....

Awesome! Thank you!

So I have never done a bounce back how do you know which rooms are included I just see exclusions unless I missed it
How would I figure out what the actual cost if we were upgrading the dining which actually I see the dining part info hasn’t been released yet ?
And is the price I guess it’s based on the current price??

It feels so good to know, even before this trip has happened, that we are probably going to book another one for 2020. YAY!!! Free Dining is the only way for us - especially with the Canadian dollar.

The only real way to know what rooms are available is to call when you’re there to speak with a CM. Yes, the cost is based on the current price.

As for upgrading the dining, I’m assuming you’re talking about booking a moderate which would get quick service but upgrading to the regular dining plan? You just pay the difference between the dining plans, which you can look up on the Disney website.

We do this every year. In fact, when we book BB offer we ask the Disney booking agent to send info to our travel agent and then we don't even have to contact her as she gets it all from Disney and looks after it from there.

We are going in December 2019 on a BB we booked from our May trip. Anyone know historically what that BB would be??

May 26 - June 2

December 9 - December 24
This offer will expire on October 31, 2019.
YEAH! At least the dates in September is still in there. I can't wait to book for next year. Thanks you

Plus if the cost of tickets, dining plans go up (and when don't they?) you are locked in at the prices you booked the BB at. As long as you don't make any changes to your package.
This! We booked our upcoming September trip as a FD BB last August. Even without any changes, the same trip would cost us quite a bit more to book now taking into consideration that the room, dining and tickets have all increased in price.

We have been going each Aug or Sep on a FD BB, and booking the next one. This year's trip with be our 8th year of FD BB in a row and we'll be booking again for 2020!

This FD offer is good for stays up to and including Oct 31, 2019.

Traditionally, after this BB a room discount BB is offered for the following year so in this case your Dec 2019 BB will probably be a room discount for certain dates in 2020.

There's no way to know for sure what will be offered this year, but I stayed last December and the BB was a room discount. We didn't book it because we prefer Free Dining and it works out better financially for us.

Great info, thank you!

For those new to BounceBack offers, you must call x8844 from your resort room DURING YOUR STAY to book the bounceback offer. It cannot be booked before or after your stay.

Does it have to be from your room? We have so many early mornings and late nights I am not sure we will be in the room much during the hours to book.
