Disney's Club Level (CL) Information & Questions

Our family is staying at the Contemporary CL Atrium TPV this fall. I read through this thread and it was mentioned that the Chef Mickey side could be loud. Does anyone have room numbers that offer good views and are on the quiet side? Thanks in advance.

All of the rooms on the TPV side have beautiful views of the Magic Kingdom. If you call or email Signature Services, I would recommend simply asking for the Magic Kingdom end of the resort. However, rooms 4839-4848 are at the Magic Kingdom end away from Chef Mickey’s. Room 4839 is a king room and right next to the club lounge, I was assigned that room in April and asked to move because it has a connecting door. I was moved to room 4848, a 2 queen room at the very end of the hotel by the Magic Kingdom which was simply perfect, IMO. I hope this helps and that you and your family have an amazing vacation!

http://allears.net/2019/07/08/preview-walk-through-disney-worlds-gran-destino-tower-deluxe-suites/The deluxe suite at gran destino includes cl access. There are 2 presidential suites, 4 1 bedroom suites and 44 deluxe.

They also said 30 std cl access rooms.

When I booked my price did not go up for the extra adult charge for this room.

I love the extra 1/2 bath!
Thanks so much for posting this! I have a deluxe suite booked for November; the room looks beautiful!

It’s much larger than I expected. I was picturing WL style Deluxe room.

Did you make a room request? We still don’t know if they all facing water, or on floors scattered bottom to top?

The Chronos lounge looks cool ! Can’t wait to see more:love:

We recently stayed in room 4848 and it was indeed perfect for us. I’m hoping we are that fortunate on our trip next month, although in truth I’ll be so happy to be there it won’t matter too much!

Cann't wait to read review about the CL at Gran Destino Tower. Wonder how it would be compared to the current existing CL at Deluxe resorts.

Me too! We arrive in 39 days! I just watched a video from inside the lounge - it's huge, with stunning views and from what I could see of the breakfast, it's in line with other CL offerings....can't wait!!

We just got home from an awesome July 4 "week" at both Poly CL TPV and YC CL Water View! I'll review each CL separately, beginning with Poly as that was the first part of our trip.

We've been to Poly CL many times during July 4 week, but we felt like we needed one more stay before our kids get too old :sad1:. The Poly did not disappoint! The CM's were among the best we've ever had at Poly. Every single one we encountered went above and beyond. We had fun catching up with Irv and met a couple more CM's. Even housekeeping was better than it ever was for us. Granted, we were only there for 3 days, but we had the best of luck with everything....EXCEPT....we got the dreaded 2nd floor room. I usually always book LV because we love the1st floor. But since we hadn't stayed on 3rd floor in a long time, I thought I'd book TPV with only one request (full balcony). Sadly, they said they didn't have any availability on the 3rd floor, but they could switch us to 1st floor. We actually declined because we wanted to try something new and honestly we ended up not minding the 2nd floor (too much, lol). We did like being on same floor as food....that was sort of cool. And it was indeed still a spectacular view, so we were happy to have that.

So this year, we opted to check out of Poly on July 4 and head over to YC so we could watch Epcot's July 4 show. Therefore, I don't have the usual July 4 info regarding the crowds, food, etc., at Poly. But I'd be willing to bet there are several DIS friends who were there and have all the info! ;)

So onto some pics! The pics I took were of the food on our table. The lounges were just too crowded for me to take pics in the actual food line. Someone in this thread kindly noted every food offering each night at Poly CL when we were there, so I won't go into detail about that part of things.

We went to the July 3 extra hours at MK from 12-2am and we can check that off our bucket list as a one and done!
Despite the large crowds, one thing we did enjoy was seeing the Castle up close and personal all decked out for the holiday!

Poly CL continued....

Food offerings:
Breakfast was very blah. The same as in previous trips and already posted on here....the normal stuff, nothing special. Still, it's fine for us, but we do enjoy the occasional "different" thing that other resorts seem to offer.

Mid-afternoon is where Poly takes a prize! It was our favorite time to enjoy food offerings at Poly. They had noodles and shrimp out, along with a lot of other things/toppings. My favorite was to put a nut mixture in a cup to save for later at night. We REALLY loved this time frame!

5-7 Appetizers....not so great for us. Granted, we were only there for 2 nights of the offerings. But Poly still uses the tiny plates with tiny portions of rather fancy food. We are not a picky family and will try most things, which we did, but we really didn't find much to our liking, unfortunately. Again, could just be the nights we were there.

Miscellaneous items out for 5-7 apps:

One nugget on each plate!! With sweet and sour smeared on top.

There was another kind of beer too (not in this pic).

Now onto the YC CL water view portion of our stay. One word: FANTASTIC!! We all agreed we may have a new favorite. Hard to beat RPC during the Christmas holiday, though. But if we had to pick a 2nd fav, it just might be the YC CL. Adored the refurbished room, great storage, loved the walk-in shower....but the biggest love for us was the food, cozy feeling in the lounge, and just like at Poly every CM we encountered was super friendly and helpful!

The seating area is rather small, but we were lucky to find a favorite table each night where we could eat and also play cards or Yahtzee! The CM's got to know us and would simply drop drinks off at our table without us needing to ask by the 2nd night.

We loved it so much that I booked a long weekend trip for the end of this month!!

We had a room that I believe @GADisneyDad14 had.

So many left poly and went on to another resort or started elsewhere then transferred to poly. Busy hoppin place!

I did see pix of the chicken version of the afternoon offering. That looked good too!

YC CL continued....

Lounge food was AMAZING. Such a stark difference from coming off our Poly stay, so extremely sad to say because you all know how much we love the Poly (and still do)!

Breakfast offered some sort of hot offering each day....one day was cheese grits I believe and another day was some sort of quiche (which was very, very good). Our check-out morning they had a mimosa bar set up.

Mid-afternoon snacks were a large variety of snacky-type foods. Cookies, goldfish, gummie bears, couple different kinds of chips, veggies.....ice cream and popsicles in fridge at all times of day. Nothing that screamed wow, but everything was good.

5-7 apps rivaled RPC for sure! We were lucky enough to be there all 3 nights and we left each night very satisfied. Unlike Poly, the YC put out large bowls/pots/pans of hot offerings (with large DINNER plates!!) and lots of encouragement from CM's to take as much as we want! They did have one fancy offering too, but most of their stuff was in a large portion. Again, like at Poly, I couldn't take pics of the food line because there were too many people and at YC there was the alcohol server right there.

Some breakfast items:

Misc. 5-7 app items:
JULY 4 offerings: Full-sized meatballs in huge platter, along with rolls to make sandwiches/subs.

Chili.

July 5: clam chowder soup, mac & cheese with toppings bar, outstanding Salmon.

Their one fancy small-plate item was a seafood sandwich.

July 6: tomato Florentine soup, barbeque beef in huge platter/pan and rolls to make sandwiches/subs,
large platter of chicken nuggets (glaring difference from the one nugget on a tiny plate at Poly).

Right! After I met some DIS friends, we were trying to remember who was going where next, lol.

Yes, the afternoon offerings are perfect for Poly pool days!! No need to buy lunch, just grab some noodles and toppings from the lounge!

Glad you enjoyed your YC CL stay! I stayed YC CL for the first time last month and I loved it!! My fav will always be the Poly, but YC isn't far behind. Hope you have a great return trip to YC CL later this month :).

I agree! Hard to beat Poly's offerings/convenience for pool days :beach:.

We must have checked into the Poly the day you checked out(3rd)!

The lunch breakfast and lunch items stayed the same except they either had chicken or shrimp with the noodle salad. I wish they would mix it up a bit but it was still good.
The evening apps alternated which was nice and they were all very good.

I apsolutely love your YC food pics  and I think I’ll add this to our maybe list for our 20th Anniversary adult trip in April!

Glad you had a great time!

We just got back today!!

Looking for “special” ideas to celebrate daughter’s 7th birthday later this month.

Has anyone had the help of Disney signature services with this? Other than with cake ordering?

We have a BBB appointment and lunch at CRT on her birthday. Fireworks cruise looks interesting, but we can see the fireworks from CR CL each night — not sure how special that will be other than we’re on a boat.

Hoop Dee Doo Revue? Chip and Dale dinner?

TIA

Sounds like a great trip you have planned. My DD has done the pirate scavenger hunt around the seven seas lagoon and absolutely loved it. We did CRT and BBB that trip and this was the absolute highlight for her. https://disneyworld.disney.go.com/events-tours/pirate-adventure-cruises/
