Wonder to New Orleans for the 1st time, Feb. 2-7, 2020

We've done the Panama Canal westbound on Wonder and the transatlantic westbound on Magic. We loved both cruises and we are really hoping some of the same staff are on Wonder this time. We have managed to book our hotels in San Juan and New Orleans. We even managed to get a great fare on the flight back to Edmonton from New Orleans. We still have to book our flights to San Juan.

changed our trip a bit, booked 3 nights at Saratoga Springs pre our trip to San Juan. Will fly to San Juan after the Southwest flights are posted. Flying from SFO to MCO on Alaska first. And then 3 nights in San Juan before we leave on the Wonder.

My friend and I are also spending time at WDW before flying to San Juan, and waiting for Southwest to release flights for Jan/Feb.

Hey, y'all! So freaking excited about this one - I live in New Orleans, so I'm THRILLED to be booked on the first-ever Disney ship to port in New Orleans! Will be traveling with two of my best friends - so if you see a middle-aged blonde (not me!) wearing a sequined mermaid tail skirt everywhere, that's gonna be us!

Booked this cruise today! Glad someone mentioned the fb group as I just requested access to that as well.

My BF (Samuel) and I (Joel) will be there. My 4th and his 1st!!!!! We are both very excited. 🙂

Looking forward to the cruise, just over a couple weeks out now. Only problem is I am a little sad because we were able to get the Walter E Disney Suite for last years re-positioning. It was AWESOME and just found out they remodled the room when she was in the last upgrade. So it looks a little different now. SO SAD. Still happy for the cruise.

I just realized that in San Juan the ship is docking at the Pan American pier, not the San Juan Cruise Port Terminal in Old San Juan. We'll probably be able to see the ship across the bay - so close, and yet so far! We were planning on walking downhill from our hotel in Old San Juan down to the port, but we'll need to take a taxi.
It looks like the Pan Am pier is in the same taxi zone (4) as Old San Juan , so fares should should start around $10, with $1 a bag and possibly a gas surcharge on top.
