Cancelled Priceline resort reservation still showing in MDE

I had booked a reservation through Priceline for CBR for a stay next week. This was back in March. I paid in full up front but the reservation was refundable if cancelled. We decided to add a night to our stay, and when pricing this out, we decided to change our stay to CSR and book directly through Disney with an AP rate. After booking CSR, I cancelled the Priceline reservation on 4/10. I received a refund for this reservation within a few days. However, the CBR reservation is still showing up on my MDE account (both on the app and website). I wasn’t worried about this at first as it took a good 5 days before Disney received the Priceline reservation when originally booked. I figured it may take a week or so for the cancellation to be sent from Priceline to Disney and it be removed from my account. It has been more than a month though now. My concern is whether or not Disney knows the reservation has been cancelled. I don’t want to end up with two rooms when I arrive next week.

Anyone else had this issue?

Yes, it's happened twice to us. First one showed up in MDE for 4 months. Second one for 3 months. Both finally went away after the original trip would have ended. And ours were booked directly with WDW.

I’ve had a canceled Swan ressie in mine for months. I’m sure it will fall off once those dates have passes. As long as you got your refund and your proper resort is linked, don’t worry.

You can also call Disney. They will send the issue RE cancelled reservations to techies. I did it this week with 2 Reservations at the Dolphin that were cancelled weeks ago. I was told I would get an email when they were deleted from MDE. That didn’t happen but they were gone from MDE the following day.
