When the Disney streaming service was first discussed here, I admit I really wasn't too excited. I am not a huge fan of much of the content (sorry, but I'm in the tiny minority that just doesn't care about Star Wars and Marvel); I didn't want to buy another streaming service (I cut the cord many years ago), etc. However, when I saw this announced at this price, and I took a longer look at the content, I'm in!

Four Marvel shows, two Star Wars shows. All of the Star Wars movies available to stream. Oh.my.gosh!

I looked through the list, and didn't see a lot of Disney Jr stuff, unless I missed it...

Is Clubhouse/Racers the only Jr show on this service?

Netflix seems to have a ton of stuff aimed at this age group. Might be the only thing that holds us back currently.

In this boat as well sans Star Wars. The aggressive pricing took me by surprise, but now I am extra thankful I got Roku.

That is one concern I have too - my kids use Netflix for the kids shows

Though they also use the separate Disney Jr app and stuff so maybe those will still work? Would be easier if all in one place though

Wonder if there will be an App for the Apple TV to watch this.:happytv:

If they would add in the Disney Jr lineup (old and new) this would be a surefire hit for us. We would cancel Netflix since we don't really watch it much anymore (only kids) and switch. Without that, we will hold out a few years until they are ready for the older shows. I'm kind of surprised they didn't add the Jr lineup. Anyone know why? Was it to push the app? Seems odd...

I spoke with an Imagination Mover from the older Disney Jr show Imagination Movers, several months ago and he told me that all the Imagination Mover content was set to be put onto Disney+ at launch. I took that as pretty much 'from the horse's mouth' confirmation that we would be getting a lot of good Disney Jr stuff, but perhaps plans have changed.
