He, Y'all we've got a preferred site for February 3-15...are there any special sites or a better loop we should request? We have a 30 ft TT, a 12x12 screen room and our Dodge Ram.. our TT only has one long slide and we do not need the pet loop as our fur babies have a baby sitter and staying home this time. ..TIA,Julie

they are all nice actually, we like 700, 1200, 1300 are close to pool and meadows, enjoy your stay

The preferred are 100, 200 and 300 up by the marina. 100 being the closest. They are pretty tight loops, but a 30ft would fit just fine, they are not very wide, may not be able to get the screen room next to your trailer, but they do have a gravel pad behind. And all loops are now allowed to have pets, so that does not matter.

Thank you , guys I'm not too concerned about the screen room set up behind trailer. I was more worried about that, trailer and truck all fitting OK on site. I know premium has some bigger pads but I kinda wanted to try the preferred for location . .

We had our 25 foot trailer in a preferred with our 3500 Crew Cab Dually and we were not off the pavement and fit fine.

We rented a 40" RV to put on a preferred site. We also asked for a 10x10 screened tent. I'm concerned about all that, plus our car, fitting on the site. Plus we're still on the fence about a golf cart.

I wasn't sure which loop to request of the 3 available. Which MIGHT give us a nicer view as well as quiet?

A 40 ft what ? Class A ? Fifth Wheel ? Travel Trailer ? 300 would be the quietest of the loops and backs to the canal on two sides.

You can park the golf cart on the grass, but I really doubt you will get the RV and a car and an easy up to fit. Agree that the 300 loop is the quietest of the 3. It is also the largest and the most likely to have a longer site. I've stayed a number of times in 100/200 and I wouldn't try to get my 42 ft 5er and truck in, let alone an easy up too.

All the times we stayed in 300 we parked our truck up front. It was just a short GC ride away.

40 Foot fifth wheel in those loop will be very tight. No thank you, would not even want to try, and I used to drive Commercial bus in New York City.

Best of luck to you and whomever has to back it in.

. The owner will have to back it in. He’s aware I reserved a preferred loop.

Question about making the request... should I call and have them notecthe size of the RV ir can I do it when I check in online?

I would definitely call and let them know. I'd also mention about the easyup and that you would prefer the longest, most open site they have. Everything is only a request, but I'm sure they appreciate the details so it doesn't create problems after you arrive when they may not have many options.

this is from 300 loop in 2007, we had a 35' fifth wheel, very narrow, had to be very careful not to fall off the side, good ankle breaker. Yes the Tree was in a great place, pulling out was just as much of a challenge as backing in. Luckily the site across had taken their vehicle, or we would have had to find another site.

Of the three preferred loops, 100 is my favorite, and I like to be near the convenience station. There are some that are impossible to back into at 40 feet. At that size, I would seriously consider premium, and ask for 400 - right across street from 100 and 200.

Before I call the general reservation line to add notes in my reservation, is there another number I should/can call to advise them?

The owner of the rental company is very familiar with FW and he already know we booked a preferred site.
