CRAB legs at cape May

I respect that you did not enjoy Cape May Buffet.
What I disagree with is your broad, generalized statement that “ non seafood lovers will not like Cape May “. It is way too broad. I liked it

With any Disney restaurant there are some who love it, some who don't. If you read comments on review forums my comment is a common one. Most non seafood lovers aren't recommending Cape May. It does have high ratings otherwise. My wife and niece loved the seafood!

You made my day! It not just a Bon Bon, but somehow ia little bit of magic came back after being cut so someone their gets it.

Sad to say but my family enojoys the seafood at Cape May more than Narcoossee and Boathouse. Crazy I know...

We walked through the buffet to see what they had to offer whilst staying at YC last July. Definitely crab legs on the menu then. Overcooked to my liking but didn't stop the many guests from causing the buffet staff to refill that station frequently.

I do not like sea food AT ALL! That being said, Cape May dinner is my favorite buffett in all of WDW!
I dream about those olives on the salad bar...

I really don't get the attraction to Cape May. The crab legs when we were there (several years ago) were small and many were cold, making it difficult to get at what little meat there was. I get they can't serve larger snow crab legs because of the price difference but the ones they had were not worth the effort. The non-seafood lovers thought the selection was terrible and left dinner early to go get a QS meal at Beach Club. We won't return, and 3 of the 5 members in our family love seafood

Obviously you were not there on the many nights we've been there - never noticed or heard anyone not eating or thoroughly enjoying their meals, but you are entitled to your opinion, and to each their own. The crab legs were full and very hot as they fill the pans constantly. No one restaurant is for everyone. It's our favorite meal at Disney and we are from a large seafood area.

Especially can't imagine a QS at BC being better as their offerings are very minimal. :confused3

The only seafood my DH eats at Cape May is the peel and eat shrimp. However, he does enjoy the non seafood dishes, and is willing to come with me, once or twice a year.:)

We are planning to go here next summer for the first time. My daughter is a seafood lover. I don’t like much of it. I am sure I will find plenty to eat and am not worried about it. She is very much looking forward to experiencing it.

Cape May is has been known for mostly seafood and especially crab legs. They've always had crab legs when we've gone. Non Seafood lovers will not like Cape May.
I am a non-seafood lover who enjoys Cape May dinner (we have dinner there twice every trip). My kids love it there. I find plenty of non-seafood to enjoy.

Yes there is decent food but the selection of non seafood items is limited. My wife loves seafood so we go, she loves it and I get enough to eat too. However, for people who don't eat any seafood there are quite a few other buffets that would be a far better choice in my opinion. I wouldn't choose Cape May as my go to place for a non seafood buffet.

I am a seafood lover who does not care for Cape May including their crab legs. I'm just not a fan of bufffets and their mass produced food sitting out on stations so that it can be piled high onto plates to be consumed and repeated over and over again. In my opinion I prefer quality over quantity and other than Boma there are no buffets that offer what I call quality. Again, this is just my opinion and personal likes and dislikes.
