Has anyone had problems in the past where Disney hits up a regular park admission day when entering a party at the early entry hours?

I have a bad feeling that Disney's going to hit up my daughter's ticket as we enter the park and take her last park day remaining. Fueling this concern is that although our party passes show in our accounts, Disney does not show the party on our plans in DME.

They set up certain tapstiles to only allow certain ticket entitlements and it's made very clear where you should go so no worries.
If you see the tickets then there is no issue. You won't see it in your plans.

I assume you mean it's not showing on the MDE app? The app is glitch. If you bought and linked it and it's just not showing right now that does not mean it's not there.

Yes, MDE... I have the habit of transposing letters when I type. I do see the passes, it just doesn't show up in my plans for the day, so I manually added a note to remind myself.

I edited my post a bit lol. If you see the tickets you're all good. It won't be showing in your plans .

How would I go about booking fast passes for the party and can I only book for certain times? I have fast passes booked that day with my regular park ticket and on the app when I go to book fast passes it says we already booked our limit for the day. Is there something I’m doing wrong?

You can only book fastpasses with the party ticket if you don't already have fastpasses booked that day.

New in 2018 – Earlier Entry
This year, Members and their guests can enter Magic Kingdom park starting at 2:00 PM, which is 2 hours earlier than ever before! Simply present your valid Disney Vacation Club Membership Card and your event ticket at the main entrance touchpoints to take advantage of this benefit. The benefit is valid for the Member and up to 7 guests with tickets to this event (a total of 8 people).

Sigh... My family and I really want to eat at the Crystal Palace before our party on Dec. 16th. I didn't think it would be so hard to grab a 4:00-4:30 dinner there on a party day. I've been looking for an ADR for the past month!! And I'm using the touring plans reservation finder. No luck so far

Thankfully we've got a backup plan. I was able to get Tony's for 4:25pm. But we love the Crystal Palace and it just won't be the same not to eat here on our trip! Bummer...

Sounds like me and Le Cellier lol. I take a minute to check like once an hour and all I want is 20 minutes later. I wish I would have booked it for that time at my 180 days. Now I'm kicking myself.

I’ve been looking for garden grill pretty much since 180 for Dec 9 and had pretty much given up. Then last night two touring plan texts and I was set! Don’t give up!! People do tend to cancel some reservations right after they do fastpasses, either they had multiple and they just finalized their plans or they had to sacrifice a reservation for a hard to get fastpass.

Our last trip we had dinner there on our party night around the same time you are booked and happened to be seated in the outside porch area whatever it is called and got to see the Flag ceremony. We never had before and it was such an experience.

Love that they announced we can enter 3 hours early!
The MDE app does not recognize the DVC early entry though, so any fast passes that day using the early entry count against all the days available to book. (IT still has a bit of work to do)
