Best time to go to Disney

The past few trips we went in December, because we love the Christmas atmosphere-but last December it was so cold I had to go to the Emporium and buy a coat. So next time we go we'll be going our second favorite time, October.

The best time for us is any time. We have been just about every month except Jan and Feb and they all have been great. We probably like April best since the weather isn't too hot and the rains haven't started yet. I like to go during F&W as well, we will be there next week and were there in May.

Late September/early Oct because I love Halloween at Disney. I keep saying I am going to go for Christmas decorations eventually but still havent been able to make myself miss Halloween

When is the best time to go to Disney?

I prefer to go in March or October..

When do you all like to go to Disney?

I'm a teacher, so I go when my schedule allows me to. It's usually during spring break, but on our next trip, we're doing a summer visit. The second week in June.

I'm also a teacher and mostly tied to the school schedule. Given that restriction, our favorite time has been early November. That's the only time we have a few days off school that aren't during a major holiday/break week or ridiculously hot summer weather.

My 16 trips have been in every month except July, August and September. I know I couldn't bear the heat of those months! Our last trip was in late April/early May and was hotter than my June trip a few years ago so it's back to December for us. I never tire of the Christmas decorations although I would like to attend a Halloween Party sometime!

Used to be first week in March as my school broke for Spring then but we've since fallen in love with Food&Wine, we were there this Oct 18 - 26, just booked Oct 28 - Nov 6 next year. We'll get an AP for that then slip 9 or 10 days in Oct 2020 before it expires. Also, we're retiring this Spring and we plan to spend the month of Feb near WDW so there will be some days then, too.

No need to choose, go late Oct into early Nov and you'll catch Halloween and see most if not all of the Christmas decorations, we did in 2017.

The best time for me has been the last week of Feb into the beginning of March. Weather is good, crowds are low. Sneaks right in between various late winter breaks and early spring breaks.

Wasn't a fan of October, it was hot this year and we'll probably not visit again while they have so many ticketed parties. 4 out of our 7 nights MK closed early last trip which we didn't care for. Crowds were significant as well.

I love going at the holidays so we have done November and December most recently and both times have lucked out with great weather. I have gone in July, August, September and May in the past, all were super hot.
