Yay... Etsy... You can get your DH a shirt that says I don't wear matching shirts... but its in the same lettering as the others... too cute....
Ha...love this idea....we do not understand how he can not love Disney like us...

Still working on ADR ..and reading through so many TR to see what might work for us.
After seeing a pick of whispering canyon cafe..might have to add to list

I'm not a big fan of matching shirts, but DW really wanted some the first time we went to Disney World. We got shirts with pointing Mickey Gloves that say "I'm His" and "I'm Hers". DS got one that says "They're Mine"
I have agreed to wear them occasionally.
The best thing about them was that we wore them a Monsters Inc Laugh floor, but we were on the wrong side of each other, so the hands pointed away from each other. We were picked on by the monsters, and it was hilarious. We didn't do it intentionally though.

My husband is NOT a matching kind of guy...I like to coordinate at the least for major events where photos will be taken...he will "coordinate" for a family photo on a cruise or whatever, but matching has never been his thing. However, last summer when we went to Disney, I was able to convince him to do a few days of matching with our son. Turned out that he really enjoyed it - at Disney! Fast forward to planning for next summer's trip - today one of my favorite Disney Instagrammers was having a sale - I mentioned it to husband - he immediately wanted to order the matching shirts for the three of us! I think Disney has magical powers on him! (I'll take it! :))

Been checking around to see what shirts to get...having to get 11 is costly. So looking for the perfect one...any ideas.. I am also writing a PTR and will be asking for ideas there too...

If I had to do 11, I'd make them! Michaels (craft store) sometime has adult sizes 3/$10, and kid sizes 2/$5, and there are all sort of instructions out on Pinterest - fabric markers, iron-on, even bleach.

You can also order from a wholesaler like cheapesttees.com, blankapparel.com, and even Hanes.com has good deals a lot of times.

Last time we went the kids (10, 8, 6) and I wore matching "Best Day Ever" in red. My husband had the same font but it said "I don't do matching shirts" on a grey shirt. We got tons of comments on it to his chagrin and I think I may have converted him.

If you wanted a customized printed TShirt I scoured pintrest for the best deal. There are dozens if not a 100 options. The more you buy the cheaper they get. I think for a family of 4 last year we spent $60? They're cheaper if you use a standard pattern though. We got our family name printed on the front.

Matching shirts are adorable and I love seeing families and groups with them on.

For us, it's a nay though. My husband would never go for it ("I don't do matching shirts" would be perfect for him) and my 11 year old son is to the age where he's way too cool for that. Plus he tends to go along with whatever Dad says.

But my 8 year old and 3 year old daughters I can dress to match and they'll do it no problem.

What I usually do is plan our outfits so that we're all in the same "theme" and the girls might be matching; I get my fun that way. It works for us!

I honestly should just be glad DH wants to come...(or maybe not)..lol...he is not a Disney Fan.(gasp)...he mostly is going because of the grandkids...

We usually get our shirts mostly from kohls. Not sure how old your kiddos are but their jumping beans brand is adorable.
