4 (2 adults, 2 kids) Wouldn’t be doing it for space, more that we just love the room!

I’d stay longer and not move. I like to be settled and not worry about packing everything back up

We will be booking our 1st stay as owners at VGF in a couple months and we are torn. We have enough points to either stay in a...

1) Studio for 9 Days

2) 1 BR for 4 Days
Studio for 3 Days
(7 Day Stay)

We collectively LOVE the 1 br., but at the same time, would like the 2 extra days instead of staying elsewhere for them. We are split down the middle. What would you do?? Thanks for your opinions!!

While the kiddos are still young do the longer trip with studio. They day will come soon enough when you HAVE to do a 1br. Once they kids are teens the boy and girl won't want to share lol.

Thank you all! I appreciate you taking time out to respond!! My DH actually hates moving, but I love the change of scenery! We have a little more time to decide, but I definitely like the idea of staying longer! Thanks guys!!!

I'd stay 9 nights and not move. We usually do a 1 bedroom for our weeklong trip in December, but we were able to get into the Poly which obviously does not have 1 bedrooms. Because we were saving points, we added 2 extra nights. We will have to be very organized, but we are very excited. We only did a split stay once and it was just not for us, so moving rooms would be like a split stay.

We are thinking of adding onto our DVC membership and wanted to try staying at some of the resorts we have never stayed at before. Therefore I booked one night at the GF this coming Feb to check it out. My family consists of me, my husband, 6 year old daughter and a baby son. We are going to arrive on a Sat morning and leave Sun afternoon. We plan to just stay at the resort. What are some suggestions on what to do doing our time there? Activies/restaurants etc. Which restaurants would be most baby friendly? Thanks for any insight!

That’s great you got to add on 2 days to your stay! Hope you have a great time!!! We do split stays every trip, but my DH wanted to stay put for at least one trip, and totally agrees with you guys on the 9 nights in the studio! Maybe we’ll do that this year and can change things up next trip!! Thanks for your reply!
