Tuesday Sept 18 / Myself, Dad, Sister, Brother
Just finished reading this whole thread!

For this I am grateful! Kudos to you :thumbsup2 I'm sure you can see that I rely on the help of my friends, get by with the help of my friends... wait that's a song and a good one! Nonetheless true! :goodvibes I did add your post to the MAIN page and took notice to your question about the date and the absence of FP's, so let's dig in...

Tuesday Sept 18 / DD, DF, DS DB
3:00-3:45pm Arrive between
4:10-4:20 SotMK card
4:25-6:35 7 Dwarfs M&G 6:15, Yellow Tent at Storybook Circus
Tag Team: DD & DS FP
Tag Team: DF & DB FP
6:40–??:?? Pooh and gang 7pm, by attraction - @Cluelyss has more insight as we have yet to meet them
Tag Team:

Both dates look good to me crowd wise, but I really like the 18th because EPCOT has EMH in the evening which might pull crowds to EPCOT. Keep your eye on the weather, that would be of concern if things look bad you can exchange your party ticket to the 16th provided it's not sold out. We'll sort out the rest when we hear back from @Cluelyss and anyone who can chime in with their experiences regarding what's listed below. And thank you for being patient. :flower3:

Boo-To-You Parade (open to location)
Hallowishes 10:15
Hocus Pocus show (likely later show) 12
Tag Team some treats!
A couple trick or treat spots
A couple magic shots
Only if time allows:
M&G: Mickey, Minnie, Donald & Daisy
Would hop on a few rides if time permits (Splash Mtn, Space Mtn, BTMRR, HM, Pirates)

:listen: Have You Heard?

If you miss characters like Minnie & her pals during MNSSHP, you still have an opportunity to meet them at this Character Meal being offered at Disney's Hollywood Studios!

Thanks for the quick response!! I am very grateful to you and your friends - this is not an easy task helping people plan (especially ones like me who don't really know what they want to do - ha), so I appreciate it very much!

Okay, so here's my game plan for MNSSHP......

Day of- Sleep in (woohoo!) w/ late breakfast & late lunch.
Arrive to TTC around 3:30, hopefully in park by 4.
Head straight to back and Fastpass PP Flight (this was closed our last trip!)
Work clockwise around park and Fastpass SDMT
Go thru Tomorrowland & ride anything with short lines (& get candy!)
Cut across to Haunted Mansion
Work counterclockwise toward Frontierland and watch parade at 9:15
Ride any other rides open
Watch fireworks at 10:15 & follow with Hocus Pocus at 10:45
Ride one.last.ride.

Glad you came back! Woof! All about the rides during the party, no parade or One Day Memory Maker? Before we dig in I need your date and who'll be in your party please. Thanks :D

Thanks! I've already decided not to chance it and we're just going to the last show at midnight. I just got to thinking and it's not worth stressing our group out trying to plow 9 people through a mob in order to rush to our next spot. We're going to casually make our way to Frontierland after the fireworks. Do you think we'd have time to squeeze in a ride on Pirates of the Caribbean between the fireworks and 2nd parade if we're on the Adventureland side of the hub? I'm thinking by then it should be a walk-on. It's not a must-do but a like-to-do if time permits.
Good choice :)

And yes, you’ll have time to jump on a ride as you make your way over as long as there’s a minimal wait. You’ll want to be grabbing a parade spot about 30 minutes prior - earlier if it’s a sellout.

Oct 11th, DH, DS, DS, DS (5 of us)
Definitely parade - have that at 9:15. Want to make parade, Hallowishes, & Hocus Pocus, ride as many rides as possible, & trick-or-treat some. While I would like to get some special character pics, my experience has been that those lines eat up time quickly and with a choice between the two, we'll go for the rides. Would like to see Cadaver Dan, but I don't really want to spend a lot of time staking out a spot for that -- unless you all think it's a must!

Meeting Winnie the Pooh and the 100 Acre Wood Gang

upload_2018-4-30_18-33-6.png

Dressed in their Halloween attire, Pooh, Tigger, Eeyore and Piglet are ready to meet you at 7pm right by the Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh attraction. @Cluelyss recommends you line up no later than 6:15pm to see them during their first set. Post #7557

The line does stay long for most of the evening as this group takes frequent breaks. They do not sign autographs and Photopass photographers are available.

A closer look at their location:

upload_2018-4-30_18-47-53.png

Notice the light green umbrella, that's were you'll need to enter for the meet & greet.

Update 8/31 Party:

"Line for Pooh etc now loops in front of the brick wall by Many Adventures and goes most of the way back towards Cheshire Cafe. From what I can tell looks like a pretty crowded party." NOTE: This post has been added to "Post #6: Character List - Location, Times Guide & Printable pdf

And if you run out of time during MNSSHP you can also meet them at the Magic Kingdom Crystal Palace Character dining on Main Street U.S.A.

upload_2018-5-1_6-59-45.png

Here they will sign autographs, Photopass is not there so you'll have to capture your own photographs.

They are so cute! I just don't think we will have time to squeeze them into our schedule, but if we have extra time I'm going to try!

So after talking to my husband, he's mentioned that he'd like to at least see some of Capt Jack Sparrow's meets--does he meet outside where you could watch/see him while walking by? Does he normally have a long line? (in case DH decides he does want to meet him after all?)

They're on our list to do as well. We met them years ago at Crystal Palace when DS was very young.

I just edited to include the Crystal Place where you can meet them as well but without their Halloween costumes.

He is a great lot of fun to meet! Starting at 7pm, I would line up no later than 6:30, 6:15 if it'a a sold out party as I've seen his line grow. Capt. Jack Sparrow also leaves around 9pm to take part in the BTY parade. pirate:

I know you aren't asking for my feedback but you should get in line earlier than 4:50 to meet Jack and Sally. I would watch Mickey's Royal Friendship Faire earlier in the day and get in line for Jack and Sally as soon as you get your wristband. We got in line last year at 3:45 and finished meeting them at 5:10 and the line was extremely long when we finished.
