What's a good price on a 3 day?

I'm starting to look into booking a Disney cruise but need to know what would you consider a good price for a 3 night 1 cabin for 2 adults and 2 children leaving port canaveral? I know month has a lot to do with price but I'm flexible in the month I can choose, so I welcome any suggestions as to month to travel as well. I've never cruised with Disney and I know it's significantly more expensive than the other lines, so I want to make sure I can get a good price range.
Thanks!

What type of stateroom do you want to book?

September has some of the lowest fares, but that is because it is also peak hurricane season. Highest prices are during the summer and around holidays, including spring break times. Prices are usually lowest when the itineraries are first released and rise as the ship gets booked.

Go to disneycruise.com and do a search with your party size/ages and filter for 3 nights. You can then easily see a list of all cruises and their prices. Looks like around $2400 is the lowest they go for a party of 4 for three nights.

As @DisneyCowgirl said, the cheapest price for a 3-day right now is the Feb. 21, 2019 sailing on the Wonder, 4 people in an inside room. The Feb. 14, 2019 sailing is just above that price. That is $200/pp/night. Whether or not that is a "good" price I'll leave up to you and your family definitions. I will say I paid $2400 back in February 2014 for the same cruise on the Dream, and that was two connecting verandah staterooms with 4 total people, so prices have definitely gone up.
