this kind of makes me mad! correct me if I am wrong, 3 extra FP+ to the Deluxe resort guests... and they can use it at any park ontop of the 3 "normal" FP+... If we regular people can not get the FP+ for the rides we want now what is it going to be like when they can get 6 FP+ a day?? I know it will cost them... but .... is it Friday yet??? Sorry to vent:(:guilty::mad:

From what I have seen it is to guests who rent a club level room, so it's not all Deluxe resort guests. Very upsetting to lots of people, especially because they will get the 90 day window for those FP.

From what I read, it's also $50 per person per day with a 3 day minimum purchase. It's not just included. Right now it's only for club level.

I think the expense of all of this (Deluxe room, Club Level, $50 per day per person) will restrict this to a very small number of people. From the little I've read, it doesn't sound like it is all FP+ rides and there are some restrictions. I don't think this will have much of an impact to us "normal folk".

The reports say this is only a pilot program:

http://www.wdwinfo.com/news-stories...s-new-option-to-add-more-fastpass-selections/

They will run it for a few months and look at the Take Rate to determine if it should continue, if they should widen it, if they should shut it down, or what changes they might make with any of the previous three.

The premium charge Pup Tents they had for a while over by Space Mountain for a daily charge with comfortable couches, ceiling fans, and refreshments went by the wayside quietly. Let's see what happens with this.

This is the only part of it that is of concern to me.

Yep - on the initial basis it will be very limited. There are only so many club level rooms to begin with, and only some of those will absorb the extra $100-$250/day this would be. I don't think this will have any perceivable impact on the general guest experience. As you mention, should they WIDEN it, it becomes a different story. That said, I think there is a fine line between the point at which this type of a program would begin to eat into their party and special event attendance. Only time will tell!

Its only for club level so not deluxe resorts as a whole.
It's also going to cost a minimum of $150 per person ($50 per day with a minimum of 3 days) so I get the feeling that unless money/budget is absolutely no object you're not getting too many people adding it on especially if they have to pay for multiple people because they are going as a family unit.

If they offered it at any resort and room I'd consider it because it would only be me paying for myself. But they are not so I'm out lol.

Point is clearly they don't see it as being an issue for the "regular folk" or they wouldn't be doing it and allowing 60 day bookings for several non Disney hotels.

Just finished reading an article on this subject on The Fox News website. According to that article the basic reaction is that most people are NOT HAPPY with
this announcement. While only available to those staying CLUB LEVEL and for a min of 3 days at $50 per day I suspect this will be a short lived test

My thoughts are that someone staying at club level or even delux level do not really have to worry about an extra $150 per person. But us regular folks it would cut into our budget
