Not much activity there so I decided to ask here......

So I am sure there is a list somewhere for areas in each park best for a napping child. My 3.5 year old still naps every day right after lunch. Last time we took the monorail to GF and found a quiet place near a bar on the 2nd floor where there was no body and there was a nice view with all the windows there.

We were fortunate that our son would just pass out in the stroller, and was fine moving around the park while he slept.

Inside the parks there are child care stations (don't ask me the locations) which might work for you. As far as finding other quiet areas to sit . . . my experience has been that for the most part, there aren't a lot of really quiet areas in the parks, though in Epcot, the upper areas of Canad can be pretty quiet. You might find some quiet areas on Tom Sawyers Island at MK as well.

MK: between Casey's and Crystal Palace
Epcot: Oddyssey, South side
DHS: next to/behind Gest Services
Animal Kingdom: to the left, before Africa

On my solo trips, I like to find a quiet place to call my family. One of my favorite places is right off of Main Street USA in MK, between Starbucks and the jewelry store there is a little side street. There are tables and chairs back there, and I rarely had anyone else back there with me when I would make my phone calls. And pay attention to the upstairs windows. Occasionally you can hear singing lessons going on. Love it lol.
At Epcot, I would just find a bench in World Showcase.
At AK, I would call after I ate lunch down in the seating area of Flame Tree, right off the water. Incredibly peaceful there.
Looking at the map to HS, there isn't much left and last summer I don't recall being able to find anywhere that was not full of people. Pizza Rizzo is only open for lunch, so maybe head that way if it's a bit later.

Thank you. Though I am past the point of needing any of these, I am sure others will from time to time. I am going to copy, and save this post for future reference!

Our napping spots were Tom Sawyer Island in MK (there is a quiet, covered porch area with rocking chairs and checker boards on one end of the island), the gardens behind the UK pavilion in Epcot (lots of benches and very quiet), and the Beauty and the Beast show at HS (sat way at the back, the show was long enough to get a rest in). We also brought a stroller for our older kids. Even though they'd grown out of them at home, they would still ride and dose off in them at Disney.

My 2.5yo will not sleep in a stroller at home but we had good luck with her passing out in the stroller at Disney. We hung out inside of the town hall on Main Street in a few occasions while she slept. Good A/C and there’s a cart selling Mickey Bars right outside!

Another good MK location is if you can find a corner in one of the smaller rooms in the back of Pecks Bills. It’s kinda dim back there and the A/C is good too!

My daughter sleeps in the stroller. Looking for quiet spots that are shaded where she can sleep and we can all wind down. I like a few of these recommendations. The canada one is a good idea and I believe in Japan near Katsura grill there are some tables next to the waterfall you can sit in the shade. Not too many people hang out in this area since its all the way at the top.

There's also a quiet place in Epcot after you exit TheSeas pavilion, to the left. I believe there is shade there in the mornings. I've nursed there and also done work calls there, and had a napping baby in the stroller there.
