Is FOP still a tough FP at 60 days?

Keep in mind that Disney Spring area hotels can now also book early so this will decrease your chances of getting one

Just wanted to say we made a FOP fastpass for 2 at 4pm exactly 60 days out. We were on a rolling 60 and I got on at exactly 7am. Not sure if we just happened to be on when someone cancelled or what but I snatched it right up!

Even before the Disney Springs addition, at 7am exactly 60 days out we could not get FOP for the first Friday in February.

I got one today too, for 62 days out (trip starts the 11th but our AK day is the 13th. The first time available was 2:45, no morning times, so I booked it. So I decided instead of rope drop, we will go late and do FOP and Everest, eat dinner, and watch Rivers of Light.
On the other hand there are only two of us, wonder if that makes a difference.

Yes, the FP is tough to get. And it’s really necessary. This morning at rope drop, the standby line started barely inside of the AK entry area. By a few minutes past opening, the wait time was 210 minutes - 3 and 1/2 hours! I overheard a woman talking about arriving at the parking lot at 7 am for 9 am opening so that she and her sister could run like crazy at rope drop. And, yes, they realized that this was the same as waiting the 120 minutes in line.

Meanwhile, we’ve were doing Na’vi River FP first thing this morning, and that standby line was 90 minutes when we finished. The pleasing result of all the Pandora craziness is that Bug’s Life and everything at Dinoland were walk-ons which we breezed through before 11:00 am with Everest and Safari afternoon FPs remaining.

Don't underestimate the "refresh like mad" strategy for FOP. We are going to AK tomorrow afternoon to meet some friends and I sat here on the couch, refreshed constantly for about 5 minutes, and it became available twice. We've had success day-of doing that, too.

Got two FPs for it I think 8 days before we went on Christmas Eve. Just depends on if you see it when people cancel. Didn't need to refresh for that but it's good to do if you don't see it initially

I was super stressed about getting FOP fastpass for our March trip. Second full week of March. We got on right at 7am and I had no issue. Got a 2:35pm time 63 days out! I was so happy I snagged one. No way am I waiting 3-4 hours for a ride, no matter how cool the queue might be!

We’re two days into DS hotels being able to book at 60 days. Is anyone having issues getting the headliners? How many days past 60 are people getting FOP? Are FEA and 7DMT still available readily at 60?

I was able to get fop at day 63 but not until 5:40 pm. I got 7dmt for day 64 at any time I wanted.

About 2 maybe 3 weeks before my FP window opened WD released a lot of FoP (and possibly Navi) FPs which many people were able to take advantage. Didn't happen in my time frame and thus I showed up for rope drop on December...28th or 29th. By the time I passed through the park entrance and made it to the beginning of the FoP line, it was already at the bridge near Tiffins and we were told the wait would be 3.5 to 4 hours. When the rest of my family joined me (slowpokes that don't move fast in the morning;)) about 40 minutes later they were told the wait would be 4-5 hours.

The actual wait was about 2.5 hours and I'd do it again in a heartbeat. People were peeling off the line to grab coffee (leaving other members of their party in place) and the crowd was in a mostly jovial and relaxed mood.

I might have been able to book the FP before our trip began but I was feeling footloose and fancy free and stopped booking any FPs past the 27th of December; never found a Pandora FP on the fly for the rest of the trip while on site. So much for less regimented planning on my end, LOL.

if you are trying to Modify a Navi FP, would FOP be at the top of the list if it was available?

When I go to modify my fop on the app it shows fop on top with no availability and Navi is right under it. So I think if there was any availability it would show up near the top.

Booked ours today...availability on 60 + 1...many times and options for week of March 11! Good luck!

This was my experience. I booked ours on Monday. It would be our day 62 and almost every time slot was available for a party of 4.

I have FOP FP - got it at 60+3 but here's my question. If I do EMH rope drop for Na'vi will we walk right on?

Either that or you’ll have a short wait. Everyone else will be going to fop.

We had trouble getting them for March 2. I hope that first weekend isn’t going to be busy for some odd reason.

At exactly 60 days, I was able to get FoP FP for a party of 5 on Sunday, Mar.11, but not until 6:35PM. There were a few times available after that, but nothing in the morning or afternoon. I was still super-excited to get it... we will just make it a late arrival day. I wasn't expecting to get one at all.

I am booking on a rolling 60-day, and on my computer every morning at exactly 7:00AM... I have been able to get 7DMT and FEA but not until the afternoon (12:40 for FEA and 1:40, 1:45 for 7DMT) No morning times were available for either.

Morning times for TSMM at HS also went very quickly when I was booking.
