Hey everyone, new to Disneyland Paris, Been to Florida previously

Staying at Santa Fe for 2 nights - 3 Adults

Got no dining plans

Just looking for where to get breakfast in the mornings? Does it have to be hotel or does park/village have anything?, do I need a dining plan or can I pay cash on the day?

also anyone know of any good Dinner buffets? also do I need dining plan or can I pay at door?

Ive been to Disneyland Paris 3 times and never had a dining plan. The last time I went, breakfast was still free but there were still plenty of places like Starbucks and McDonalds open at 8am in Disney Village. Now with the breakfast in the park vouchers Im not sure what exactly is open in the park but Im sure you can still pay cash.

as for other meal times, all the restaurants whether quick service, table service or buffet you can pay by card or by cash when you eat. The last time I went, February 2016 I ate at Blue Lagoon (now Captain Jacks), Restaurant des Stars Buffet, Pizzeria Bella Notre and Last Chance Cafe. At table service places you can have either Al A Carte or the set menu. I usually go Al A Carte as I usually only have main and dessert and I prefer the bigger choice of ala carte.

Earl of Sandwich in the village does a nice breakfast sandwich and hot drink for 5 euros, in the park you can get a hot drink, juice and croissant for about 8 euros from the bakery on Main Street or a hot breakfast sandwich, hot drink, juice and croissant from Cafe Hyperion in Discoveryland for 11 euros.
Agrabah Cafe and Plaza Gardens do a nice buffet at a fairly reasonable price.

I used to really like the buffet in Hotel New York and also the one in Sequoia Lodge (Hunter's Grill), but it's been a few years since I was there!

My favourite restaurant in DLP is Walt's, also really want to try Chez Remy's...

Not a buffet, but the chicken strips and sweet corn fries meal from the Hakuna Matata counter service restaurant is relatively good value and very tasty

Annette's Diner in the Village should still offer an America Breakfast Menu for about 14 euros per person popcorn::

*phew* I thought I read somewhere you cant eat without a dining tokens??

Looking to make a dinner reservation but cant decide if anything is worth booking? not like in Florida the Beauty and the beast dining in Magic kingdom jeez if you dont book 180 days dont bother trying lol

I always make ADR even if I go in off season as I find it makes it easier to plan my day. The main ADRs to make are for the character meals, mainly the breakfast at Plaza Gardens, the Princess Auberge de Centrillian and Inventions in Disneyland Hotel.

Chez Remy ( a high end steakhouse) , Californian Grill and Walts (high end European) are also high profile ADR

Captain Jacks, the restaurant in Pirates which used to be called Blue Lagoon may also need an ADR due to it being newly renovated.

ADR can only be done by phone. Call the Walt Disney World Florida number and ask to be transferred to Disneyland Paris Dining Reservations. Just be careful of the time difference though and make sure to call during French business hours.

Next week you shouldn't have too much problem booking once you get there though.
Have a great time pixiedust:

ADR open at 60 days , some like the Princess meals and Chez Remy do get booked up fast. Most people only do ADR about 2 weeks before they arrive.

Other options for ADR

1. At hotel checkin
2. At your hotel reception at any time during your stay
3. At Town Hall, at any time during your stay

Depends on when the OP is going as its the Half marathon weekend next week from Friday so going to be busier.

Note that you can always charge restaurants to your room. At check-in, ask for “charging privileges” and they will issue you a “smart media” card that will allow for payment. You will then be charged once you check out.

Note that I would *highly* recommend making advanced dining reservation for any restaurants you're interested in. There is no fees for no-show, and you can cancel by speaking to any greeter at any kiost of all restaurants, or to your hotel concierge. Better be safe and secure your reservations before it is too late! Seating does sell out at most popular venues.
