I feel like I am being childish changing pharmacies

After two weeks I am still lived that pharmacy A messed up one of my medications to the point where my mom had to pick it up they gave me excuse after excuse from they tried to call lie I can look at my phone log and see that to them promising delivery I call oh we can't deliver today

So if I switch to B I can pick it up via golf cart as long as I have refills and they have it in stock

Pharmacies are a business. If they don't provide you, the customer, with good service, take your business elsewhere.

No reason to feel guilty about it. You pay for the scripts, you expect them when you go to pick them up.

It's not childish at all. It's a pretty wise decision in my opinion. When a pharmacy has 2 weeks to get it right and they still have screwed it up, of COURSE you should switch to another pharmacy! Take your healthcare business elsewhere. You're making the right choice!

I totally feel you, I fill the same prescription month after month and my pharmacy always has to order it, its never there the day its suppose to be filled (its on an auto refill status). Its a common drug, so why don't you have it in stock???? I am about to move to someplace else too.

You shouldn't get aggravated with filling a prescription, its not necessary......... If you feel better move on!

If its a monthly prescription that you always take just switch to mail order- it will come right to your mailbox.

I switched too after DS was given a bottle of medication that was a YEAR out of date!!

It's simple, if you don't like the pharmacy you switch to another one. Just double check that you insurance covers that pharmacy.

Luckily, we have a few pharmacies very close to us. However, one we won't use due to a problem nearly every time we have gone in. You are doing the right thing!
