It's a Solo DISventure for DIS20! Update 9/9 **Complete**

One time we were on the safari and the lady next to Josh just looked like she really didn't want to be there, and she just kept spritzing herself with a misting fan the whole time and the mist kept spraying back on me and my camera :rotfl: So at least you weren't doing that.

 I quoted this part to mention Empire too!
Yeah I don't know the girls next to me just seemed weird or something.

I didn't even know she was in Empire until today.

Yay! I love Tiffins! I'm glad you had a good experience there! And awesome safari pictures! My 11 year old was walking by the computer when I was looking at them, and he thought they were really cool too! :)

okay everyone has already said it but i'll say it too...

DUDE YOU GOT AWESOME SHOTS ON THE SAFARI!

Thanks!

Thanks! Tiffins was awesome!

ha yes, in case you weren't sure, fabulous shots. The hippo ones were awesome, made me crack up.
What time was your safari?

Better late then never! It was great to meet you during the unofficial meet at AK on the 31st. I really enjoy your Rumors thread and I'm going to have to keep an eye out for more of your TRs! Regarding your hippo photos are you sure you weren't on Jungle Cruise? ;) :thumbsup2

Excellent shots all around from the safari but those Hippo ones are outstanding!

Love me some Dinosaur and I always say hi to Mrs. Huxtable and Hodges (Dr. Seeker is played by Wallace Langham who I watched for years as David Hodges on CSI).

how dare you want to take pictures on the safari! I guess that is one downside of Solo traveling in that on rides with larger capacity per row you can be with other families/people that don't know you

Those are some great shots of the hippo!

That's cool you got the view of the RoL animal floats up close like they

Thanks for joining in! It was great to meet you too. I didn't even make it on Jungle Cruise this trip!

Thanks! Dinosaur is a must do for me, one of my favorites.

Yeah it was a downside but it wasn't too bad.

Thanks!

That was the first time I got to see the floats in person.

Sounds like fun! I want to do a solo trip one day.

Thanks! It's a lot of fun to go at your own pace.

This is pretty awesome! I live in Chicago, but I'm a Sox fan and we root pretty hard for the Brewers, too! In fact, we just got home from spending an awesome weekend in Milwaukee--we ran the Summerfest Rock 'n Sole 5K. It was tough running up and back over the Hoan bridge, but I felt awesome having accomplished it!! :)

Moving on from the hippo (my favorite animal by the way).

Awesome animal pics and Tree of Life pics, too! If you love hippos, you should definitely consider doing the Wild Africa Trek (if you haven't already)! We really loved being behind the scenes and you spend a little time with a "hippo expert" who gives you great info about these guys.

Ever since my first visit to DAK on my first sol trip it's been my third favorite park, EPCOT is my favorite with the MK being a close second to it.

That's awesome that you were in Milwaukee! I've looked at the Rock n sole but never done it.

Thanks! I'll have to check the trek out. This trip was so short I couldn't have done something like that.

AK continues to be my favorite because of all the amazing details they put into that park.
