I don't think it would help, he would have been chewed up by the DA.

Interesting that the jury is questioning his behavior at that time or at least that's how I see their request. Heck, they may be looking to see how the car appears in that video.

#RossHarris - Jury going home for the weekend. Tomorrow is Veteren's Day. Deliberations resume Monday. #hotcardeath

Now the whole weekend wait. And the tensing trial they made people mad.Calling the family in to the court by 4 for verdict, clolsed the streets and business's and school. And then they sent the family home as no verdict....

This was good news for me, I hope they decide not to re-try him.
This guy tried to flee with the Officer's arm inside the car, he feared for his life, IMO.
Its just so simple to follow the orders you are given and everyone will go home safe and sound after.

I don't know about that. Watching the video, to me the shot is audible before the car pulls away. How was his life in danger? I agree he should have been more compliant, but his actions didn't deserve a gunshot to the head...

I did not see the officer put his arm through the steering wheel to get dragged. I wish officers would use gazers if it is not an immediate threat, such as a gun, knives etc....I think if he would have used a taser he would not be in this mess. Or just let him drive off. I don't think he deserved to be shot in the head. And by all means he should have complied. It seems some officers go gun happy. Now I saw picture that was so wrong, it was a officer holding a mans arm who was dead and the relative was recording it and the officer was smiling and giving a thumbs up.
