I'm just on pins and needles. Parts of me want to be super optimistic that it's going to come in under what I expect, leaving me room to do everything else I want. The other part of me...the super pessimistic side...thinks that I'll be WAY over budget and need to take out stuff that I don't want. :(

I hope this helps someone else down the road because I had a really hard time finding help and info on stuff specific to my case back in the earlier planning days. We are looking at having a vow renewal at the wedding pavilion. I love the tale as old as time aisle runner with the candelabras and floral decor on them I've seen on Pinterest and the Disney weddings site. We would be doing an escape package. I am wondering what the runner and decor costs?
 
How funny! Love the DisBoards.. I was just dutifully reviewing my Passporters book today to see if I could get a feel for how much an aisle runner costs for the wedding pavilion. I believe that scattering petals on the sides can get really pricey, though. Interested to see whether someone has a recent estimate :)

For those wondering about a custom runner at the wedding pavilion. I was quoted this -
You have the option to purchase a plain white aisle runner for $295+, or a runner with the text “And they lived happily ever after” in silver or gold text for $745+.

I am from Canada so the exchange rate on the dollar has affected my end price, however I have found this to be a very hassle free experience. Hello! We are having around 90 or 95 guests at our 7/3/16 wedding. We are using the wedding pavilion for the ceremony, the GF marina and sago cay for the cocktail hour, and St Augustine for the reception. Not including outside up lighting, chiavari chairs, photo, video and a photo booth, our total is $39,000 through DFTW. I am having a very large cocktail hour since our reception starts pretty late, and I also didn't cut any floral or decor from what we picked at the planning session, and I even added a few things that I felt were must haves later like glow ice cubes to our signature drink ($3 each lol). Oh and we are offering steak and lobster duet plates for dinner and Mickey ice cream bars alongside the cake for dessert. So what I'm trying to say, not very eloquently, is that I think it can be much less than the number that I just gave :) Feel free to send me an email at tarynashley89 at gmail if you'd like the detailed BEO.
