i got to the payment screen and didnt hit enter im gonna take the week to think is over. im not so sure about this race with all the changes there really is nothing that makes it that great and having a party from 8pm-1am on a day you have to get up at 3:30am to run is a really stupid idea.

I never thought about doing that..... great idea! I always pre-but and forgo my discount! Yippee!!! def. doing that this time! do they give you a hard time since technically there is no receipt for the presale items.

Not at all. The CM's know of and support the practice. Just takes a bit of extra time, so if you are stressed about the expo, go there first then pick up your commemorative items.

That is all I kept doing! and poof one time it showed as available. I was on hold with Run Disney and spoke to a representative because the first time I got it the race disappeared from my cart at checkout. he told me that registration was only 50% gone. That was about 15 minutes ago. He said just keep trying.

if you have a hotel room that youd need to keep another night and stay till monday to attend the party, not an option for a lot of people. i live an hour and half away kinda tough to take a nap

There are some awesome hammocks around some of the resorts! Great spots to nap.

I didn't even look at the merchandise because I was hurrying, but now you all have me wondering. I know we can't know the jacket now, but for those of you who run Disney a lot, are they similar? can you give me and idea of material or anything? I'm thinking I might want this one, especially seeing all the people say you can return if you don't like it? thanks in advance.. I can't get to the expo until probably late Friday, so I'm thinking things will be gone... any help is soooo appreciated!

That was so disappointing. I was in. I had logged into active. And then when I selected my name, I got a hold. I thought I had done something wrong. This was right at 11:00. I kept getting that hold and sent back to the screen where I could select myself. Eventually, it took me back to the main page with the holds. So I hit refresh for 45 minutes and now the challenge is sold out... going to try again next week I suppose...

I believe it is 10%, better chance next week of getting in.

The guy in the cube next to me at work heated up his lunch to eat at his desk at noon, It smelled really good while I sat here hitting refresh over and over while my eyes glazed over. Going to heat up my lunch now.

I was on the "Complete Form" page for both myself and my wife. She's pretty upset. She's going to be anxious for a whole week thinking we won't get in.

The jackets are a nice lightweight fleece. Not too heavy or warm. You can return anything you buy during registration. Exchanges can be difficult though, because they do not always have other sizes available.

We always get the full pin bundle (like to put them on the medals) because we have had issues with pins, usually the challenge, being gone by the time we get to the expo. Went for the runners bundle this time too, since we usually will get the hat if it looks neat, and were planning on a tumbler.

I have found going through rundisney has been easier and faster. I always log into active in a separate tab before hitting the rundisney link though.

All I know is that they are Champion brand. If you google around I'm sure you can find some pictures from past years...they're hit or miss. I have heard people say they run small.

And yes, you can return them...you could even return and re-buy to apply your AP discount (but you wouldn't get Active.com fees back).

I've heard 5-10%. So probably no more than 700 spots for the challenge, 1,000ish for the half, etc.
