I LOVE your TRs and I can't wait for this one to start! I was hoping to stay at BW in June 2016 but alas, I was vetoed and BC won out but it will be great to see it! Our family LOVES to eat around the Epcot hotels so this is perfect!!

I have so much to tell everyone about. So far in the Epcot resort area I've had breakfast twice at Captain's Grille plus lunch, breakfast at Trattoria al Forno, dinner at il Mulino and YSH, and my DH had lunch at ESPN. As of now my schedule includes visits to at least three other restaurants in this area before I transfer to the Wilderness Lodge on Thursday.



I regret not getting that loaded mac and cheese :(

It seems like a pretty popular item so I bet they have it again next year. I hope so, anyway. ;)



Love your dining reviews. Because of you I have booked LTT for lunch on our next trip. Let's see what other places I will feel compelled to try due to your reviews.

Oh, I'm so very sad that LTT is not open during my trip since it is one of my favorites. I hope you enjoy your lunch there! :thumbsup2

Goodness I'm totally laying in bed reading your latest post and dying to run to the refrigerator. Sadly I will find nothing that looks anywhere close to that good. Even the freaking mushrooms, my food nemesis, look somewhat edible ; ).

On a non food note, How did you get the pictures all together like that? Love the look.

In the mean time, here are a few more pics from my second visit to the Epcot Food & Wine Festival booths, this time my DH was along to share in the food.



From Patagonia (top left) - Roasted Verlasso Salmon with Quinoa Salad and Arugula (ok, not as good as last year)
From Mexico (bottom left) - Chilaquiles de Pollo: Corn Chips layered with Seasoned Chicken, Queso Fresco, Sour Cream and Cilantro (not what I was expecting, but I thought it was very good)
From Ireland (top right) - Warm Chocolate Pudding with Kerrygold Irish Cream Liqueur Custard (one of our favorites)
From Canada (bottom right) - Cheddar Cheese Soup (two thumbs up!)





From Hawaii (top left) Kalua Pork Slider with Sweet and Sour Dole Pineapple Chutney and Spicy Mayonnaise (my husband really liked this)
From Hops & Barley (bottom left) - Freshly Baked Carrot Cake with Craisins and Cream Cheese Icing (we both loved this!)
From Refreshment Cool Post (top right) - Frozen Brown Elephant (frozen Coke with creamy Amarula Liqueur) YUM!

Oh my gosh, I'm going to have to try that Frozen Brown Elephant! I love Amarula! Had it for the first time at Victoria Falls Lounge at Animal Kingdom Lodge. :)
 
I was eyeing that Frozen Brown Elephant when I was there but didn't get it. will have to in the future. also loved the chilaquiles and warm chocolate pudding
 
Another great update that is making me oh so hungry. Especially that carrot cake, totally drooling over it. What is the liquor in that coke? Didn't know there was a liquor out there I hadn't tried, but apparently there is ; )
 
Following along for another great dining report from you! All the F&W stuff is of special interest to me as I finally get to attend it about a year from now.
