Bring Marie back to Walt Disney World

I don't know is this thread was already created so I decided to make a new one instead.
There are tons of Disney characters in various Disney parks. But there's always that one character you wish would become meetable or aren't actually there. While this thread isn't anything new, this is for any Disney character you wished to meet but are currently not available or even around depending on the park. For example the characters from The Emperors New Groove can currently be found in Disneyland Paris but aren't available anywhere else. Another example is that the other characters from Lilo & Stitch such as the various Experiments (Especially Angel) by Jumba and Pleakley can only be found in Tokyo Disneyland.
What Disney characters I wish to in any Disney park
*Edgar, Duchess,Toulouse, and Berlioz (The Aristocats): I really wish Toulouse and Berlioz might get brought over to WDW. Especially since Marie can be found in magic Kingdom, some maybe her brothers can do meet and greets in the France Pavilion. I also would love to meet Duchess since she's very kind and is a good mother. She's also has a sweet French accent too. Edgar can be a face character and do interesting conversations with the guests he meets.
* Lafou from Beauty And The Beast: Because come on, Gaston is already getting a lot of attention in WDW. So maybe having Lafou meeting with Gaston can be pretty amusing knowing the relationship with each other in the original film.
* And for a very weird reason Figaro, since there's very few cat characters in the Disney parks.
