Is anyone having trouble with POP? We are booked thru a travel agent and always have and she's always snagged us the deal and where we wanted but I'm nervous this year more then in the past after reading some posts...

I had issues with pop, but it was due to lack of the modify button being on my reservation so I just booked a new reservation which seems to be the way to go if possible.

I just booked mine, however I already had the ressie, just modified my order.... Sorry, hope that helps.

Now I am freaking out, on my confirmation page it clearly says my package includes "Disney Dining Plan (Complimentary)" but on the email that got sent to me it says "Disney Quick-Service Dining Plan (Complimentary)"! We are at CBR so it should be the DDP which is what was selected when I booked and what showed on the confirmation page after I paid. Anybody else have this happen on a moderate ???????

EDIT: So under MDE I just checked and it shows the following...

Dining Plan: 2015 Quick Service Meals, 2015 Table Service Meals - Adult, 2015 Table Service Meals - Child

Is that right? Is that what it is supposed to show if you got the DDP (we have 2 adults and 2 kids over 10)?

I cannot believe it! I just save us o little over $1000 dollars by being able to modify to FD. And I made my parents a new ressie w/ FD b/c they are scared of the new"modify" button, lol. We both got the glitchy email. My Mama is so nervous we have QS only, I'm trying to reassure her through texts that "my board peeps" are seeing some of the same stuff. I will call just to ease her mind I guess.

GO US!!! Been a long night but we hung in there didn't we, board peeps? I want to tell my family but those kids are sick and finally fell asleep so no wakey the kids.

I'm getting a message that says "There was an error adding the payment method."

I'm not sure what is going on. It says no extra is due today but I even tried to put more off a deposit and it's not working. Anyone else?

I had this problem on my ipad. I noticed the payment amount was off....said I have paid much less than I actually have. Went to my laptop and a different browser and it worked (and my payment history was correct).

Like several people, my confirmation e-mail for CBR says complimentary quick service dining. However, MDE has table service credits listed. I'm hoping it was just an error on the confirmation e-mail.

Congratulations to everyone who was able to book free dining and I hope those of you still trying are able to get something you want!

Does anyone know what the minimum ticket purchase is? I know in years past it was a minimum of a 2 day ticket you had to buy. Thanks.

Got up at 5:30am est to check FD and saw its live! However, both CBR and CSR are showing no availability for std room for FD the dates we want so sticking with POFQ. Crazy how the mod rooms have gone sooo quickly!! Maybe next year we will get FD or I get super lucky and get a RO discount or a pin.

Okay so I am trying to modify an existing reservation to add the dining offer but when they show me the rooms available at Pop it says "We are unable to show rates at this time. Please try again or check back later." does this mean there are no rooms available? If so, that really bums me out.

I think I found the source of the errors -- wasn't a computer issue. It was a "the rooms sold out from under me while I was putting in the travel details." Trying to book two rooms from 09/30 to 10/07 (seven nights) and already virtually nothing is available. Have to settle for All-Star Sports (Preferred Room) which was about our sixth choice. The only moderate available through that time span is Pirate Rooms at CBR, and I was trying to book Pop Century when those disappeared.

Had my alarm set for 5:55 AM expecting a 6:00 AM launch. Shoulda gone an hour earlier.

Advice: Will I have any issues canceling my previous reservation? I couldn't get it to modify (it was being wonky) so I just booked a new reservation and now I can't even cancel said wonky reservation online. I don't want to hold for an hour, if I call in the next few days will I be okay? I don't want them to do anything to my new reservation. Yes I am paranoid.

Hi all! I had an account a few years ago but have been mostly lurking and don't remember my login info so I made a new account…I'm Kim, nice to meet you all!

I got the same email glitch with email showing quick serve. I went into full blown panic mode at first lol! I am sure it is just a glitch though now that I see a bunch of you had the same thing!
So yesterday I stumbled upon an open ressie at BOG for dinner for 5! I didn't have trip booked and it wasn't the week I wanted to go but I took the reservation anyway and figured I could offer it here if I didn't need it. Well the week I wanted didn't have any availability and the week that I have the BOG ressie actually worked out so that we could go an extra day for the same price and have the kids not miss any school (I was going to pull them out of school for the week) so BAM I have a trip with free dining and a BOG ressie. It is like fate! lol! I am so excited!!!!

Let the countdown begin!!!

No, I think that is right. FD you just have to start your trip on an offered day, since technically you could eat all your meals in one day if you wanted. RO is only available for nights actually listed in the offer.

I had no trouble up untill you get to the "payment part" where I put my deposit down already and it basically says i need to pay my trip in full, because thats the only option it will accept. Guess im calling...

i had no issue with mine, other then being slow from the amount of traffic. let me select "no payment"
