I think it's Monday but I'm still calling in tomorrow to be sure!!!
Yes, we swapped one of our TS for a CS in September. Just tell them when checking out to use a TS credit insteadThis is correct but I understand that you can also use Table Service for Quick Service meals so there's an option to book a Table Service or 2 and then use the rest of the TS credits at QS locations.
I would love to try CBR although the snake thing kinda freaking me out. My fam loves POR and my DD refuses to stay anywhere else..LOLThe boat thing is nice... But the pool does look nicer!!!
I'm so torn!

So we may just keep everything as is.
Can't bank on that being true, Disney's answer is that you cannot use TS credits. But, some people have had random luck at random restaurants. So, it might not always work. This is correct but I understand that you can also use Table Service for Quick Service meals so there's an option to book a Table Service or 2 and then use the rest of the TS credits at QS locations.
Yeah, the snake story kind of freaked me out also. Where were these snakes???I would love to try CBR although the snake thing kinda freaking me out. My fam loves POR and my DD refuses to stay anywhere else..LOL

I didn't mean to scare you with my post. Seeing a snake at any Disney resort is a rare thing because the grounds keepers/maintenance are on top of their property and usually know whats what. If you & your family love CBR, then I wouldn't let this get in your way.I would love to try CBR although the snake thing kinda freaking me out.
I didn't see any snakes at CBR when I was there. The only time I came across one was at ASMo
Actually, this has been Disney policy for the last few years. You must use up all of your QS credits first, and then they will start pulling from your TS credits. Can't bank on that being true, Disney's answer is that you cannot use TS credits. I've seen snakes at Pop, but TBH the lizards freak me out more than snakes lolYeah, the snake story kind of freaked me out also. Where were these snakes???
I stand corrected. I know that in 2013 we were told this wasn't possible by the front desk at POR and again at two Epcot CS restaurants (we had to cancel some meals due to my son getting sick).Actually, this has been Disney policy for the last few years. front desk employees typically are not aware of dining plan rules, and not sure what happened with the Epcot places, but it has been the rule since 2011, I believe. There are emailed responses floating around her somewhere. LolI stand corrected. Roll Call:
November 8th - November 15th
AoA, Cars Suite with my hubby and 5 kids
Calling in the morning FOR SURE!!!
I was booked for CBR this past February but had an early am international flight out of Orlando so realized I would have to get to the distant bus pickup at approx 3 am. In the dark. And CBR is really spread out and I didn't know where my standard room would be located. I could have tried to arrange for a pickup golf cart but didn't have much confidence in it because it was the middle of the night. Since I knew I would worry about it my whole trip, I switched to AS Music. Yes, there have been a few snake issues at CBR. It has a lot of water and mature growth vegetation so this is to be expected. It is central Florida. However, I just decided I didn't want to deal with anything at 3 am. I blame my crappy international Air Canada flight. Never CBR. Its a beautiful resort.
