Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party - Lets Talk Characters!

I'm getting a headache the more I read the more I keep changing my plans. My priorities: Sandy Claws, Scrooge McDuck, Rapunzel & Flynn, and the rare characters Horace, Clarabelle, Cluck, Liver Lips, Big Al in the dance party. In addition to the parade & fireworks I don't know where to start ? A second party ticket maybe Oh yeah and Mary Poppins, Bert & the Penquins ...I feel like I am going to be zigging when I should be zagging

Hmm I would say line up for Sandy claws early. If he comes out at 6:15, you can be finished and get in line early for Scrooge. From there I would do Rapunzel and Flynn and then try to catch Poppins and crew for their 9pm set. After that you can scurry down Main Street and catch the fireworks and then find your spot for the parade. After the parade you can head to the dance party to catch all the rare characters. Does that sound doable?

Sounds dooable Im glad santa is only reporting lines of 20 minutes so my main line sounds like it's going to be the dwarfs

Will definitely share my experience BUT it won't do anyone any good since I am going to the last party..unless some Christmas Fairy drops some extra $$ into our bank account to add another

Can anyone clarify for me - I *think* Anna and Elsa do their normal M&G at Fairytale Hall during the party on one "side." Snow/Prince and Aurora/Phillip meet outside at the new Fantasyland walls. Does that meet Cindy/Prince Charming are with Rapunzel/Flynn on the other "side" of Fairytale Hall? Or is it only one pair or the other and they switch throughout the night? I'm debating the one-day Memory Maker and trying to see how many characters we might meet to determine if its worth it.

Yes, Cindy and Rapunzel are on the other side with their respective princes.

I would definitely take advantage on the one day MM, I'm going to. Think about it this way 2 maybe 3 pictures taken of just yourselves before you even get to the characters would cover the cost rather than buying them separately. That's a real deal !

I think so too - if I can get a couple of good shots on Main Street and with the Castle. And if I can throw in a few characters - well the more pictures I get, the less guilty I feel for buying it lol. Plus I love not having to take my own pictures!

This will be our second year to go to MVMCP and it is so much fun. I love the character meet and greets and am really excited about Sandy being there this year.

I just found out they moved the taping of the Christmas Day parade to Monday December 8th and Tuesday December 9th. I have MVMCP tickets the night of the 9th. I hope it doesn't mess anything up with the party.

I doubt it would effect your party that night at all.

I sure hope not, Disney just sent me an email canceling the Family Magic Tour for the 9th. I also have breakfast reservations at the Crystal Palace that morning, hopefully the noise and commotion won't take away too much.

Kenny the Pirate reported that all taping would be done by mid-afternoon, so you should be fine for the party.
