I am trying this again and again. I have created my web page and get into the web page and it says "you can do this" and aparently I get stumped at that time. Trying to find "your files" and I cannot find it on that web page.

I am lost please help. Trying to finally get my web page developed so I can change my clipart. I am going with all your instructions and I am definatley LOST. HELP.

Where's your page and what did you want to change about the clipart. I'll see if i can help.

I want to get the 100th birthday pin for my clipart into my signature. I have already saved it to put it on my web page to transfer that picture onto my post.

Sorry I am lost on how to create that web page.

I'm a bit confused as to where you are stuck. Let me ask you a few questions, so we can figure out where you are. :)

Have you read the DIS website instructions in my signature? Have you created a webpage yet? Is it a DIS webpage? If so, have you uploaded any files there yet?

Okay, you've got your website, but you need to get your files (picture) on there so you can put it in your signature, right?

Do you know how to upload pictures onto your website?

MaryJo & LisaTx

I have created the web page now what do I do with it. I cannot locate "files" on this web page. Then after I finally locate the "file" then I can proceed and try to download my pictures to it to go onto my signature.

Sorry very confused.

Ok I found the "files". What was confussing me I clicked into "New user click to start here" and when that page popped up I got confused.

Now how do I download file to my web page?

To upload clipart or photographs, once you have a DIS website already created, scroll down the page to the section titled “Files.” Click on the blue box titled "browse." A window will pop up displaying the files you have stored on your computer.

Double click on the clipart or picture that you want to upload from your computer, and then go to the bottom of the box and click on "Upload Files." The next screen to pop up should say "File [yourfilename.jpg or .gif or .bmp] has been uploaded," followed by a box saying “clear message.” It is not necessary to click on the clear message box.

Scroll down the page until you see the box titled “Files in your web.” You should see a list of the files in your website. These are the files you have uploaded.

Congratulations! You now have your clipart or pictures stored on your own DIS website.

To add clipart or a picture to the DIS, click on any of the underlined files in the “file” column. The picture or clipart will open in a new browser window. When it does, look at the address in your browser window. It should say something like
"http://www.wdwinfo.com/sites/techca/maleficent03.jpg"
Highlight the entire address and then right click on it. Select "copy." You can then "paste" the URL address into your profile, signature or post. You will need to use the image tags. Type the following:

maleficent03.jpg

substituting your URL code
.

Thanks I finally created the web page with the picture and I copied that into my profile but still it did not work.

What did I do wrong?

Ok, I peeked in there like you asked and got the clipart. I love it. :) I put it on your page too.

Here's the web address for the clipart:

http://www.wdwinfo.com/sites/minybear/100clipart.gif

and you'll want to go to "user cp" at the top of the page, then "edit profile", then find the signature box. Right now you'll see your Painter Mickey link in it- you'll want to change that so it matches the address for the new clipart. Then it should work.

Oh, I tried but can't go into your user cp. Every time I visit the DIS, the site knows it's me and has my info up already. Lisa or Mary Jo can do it though. :)

WOW :bounce: :bounce: I finally got it.

Thanks Teejay32 and MaryJo for everything. Without your help in this matter it would have taken me a longer time to get it figured out.
