Sorry Gaston, They are MUCH More Interesting Than You!*6/8* NEW Trip Report Link p154

Wow, great firsts and favorites! Can't believe you did so many firsts in one trip! :thumbsup2 Even if they are little things, like a new seating area, it doesn't matter, it's still so nice that are so many new things to see in Disney after going so many times! :cool1:

I completely live by this. Even the small things are all first in my book! I love experiencing something for the first time. I love mixing up the order of my park touring. That's always a new experience. The possibilities are limitless!

I love going during Food and Wine, if I didn't love Christmas SO much, I'd go every year, but I can't stand the thought of not going during Christmas! :sad1:

Christmas is really a magical time. I think the best of both worlds must be going at the end of F&W and the beginning of Christmas. I almost planned that for 2013, but really wanted to work more around our anniversary and Denny's b-day.

Have a great time on your trip, can't wait to read about it when you get back!:dance3:

Thanks. I guess things did not work out for you and a possible mini-trip. That's a bummer. Boo!

My favorite Christmas ornament I didn't buy. :rotfl2: :rotfl2: :rotfl2:

Glad you found my stab at humor amusing. But seriously, those Christmas ornaments are (1) super expensive and (2) not suited for traveling with someone who overpacks. :rotfl:

That's why I carry them on the plane with me. ;)

That's why I carry them on the plane with me. ;)

I do that too, but I usually have so much carry-on crap that I worry about where I am going to put it, pack it, ect. I really need to change my sherpa ways.

The next time I stay at WL, I'm going to find that path to Fort Wilderness, it looks so pretty!

:welcome: Amyulo! Welcome to the DIS boards and to my TR! I hope you enjoy the boards as much as I do.

The path is very pretty and very easy to find. Just walk to the boat and bike rental shop. You will see a dirt path the skirts around the lake. Very easy. There are several paths you can take from that which lead over to a concrete path that goes to Fort Wilderness.

The lobby of VWL is beautiful, I'd love to see it decorated for Christmas too!

It's gorgeous. We saw it Christmas 2011. Unfortunately, we were staying there to get the full effect. But we had dinner at AP and were fortunate enough to get our picture in front of the Christmas tree!

Don't you love taking the boat over to MK from WL? Wilderness Lodge is just perfect, I love it so much!

Yes. I love the boat transportation and we really used the heck out of it while we were there. Last time I stayed there I had a car, so we didn't use the boats quite as much. This time we took every possible boat route and it was awesome.

Great wrap-up Mary Ellen. Speaking of firsts, that's gotta be the first time that "favorite random toe shot" was used in a TR wrap-up.

I enjoyed following along with you guys on this trip. :thumbsup2

Thanks Glenn! And, yes, I am sure favorite random toe shot is not a common finding in a TR wrap-up. But maybe I will start a new trend. :rotfl:

I enjoyed following along with you guys on this trip. :thumbsup2

And we enjoyed having you! Thanks for following along with us! :)

I usually buy one a trip but the majority of mine have come from the Disney store online, after the holidays, when they're cheap. :thumbsup2

Great job with the picture recap! ::yes:: Enjoyed your "firsts" as I've actually done some of those. And you posted some of my favs from the trip too!

Before you are ready to fly away again.....

Have a great make-up trip.

Enjoy off site and cherish every moment. :goodvibes

Great wrap-up. I loved all the pictures of your first. Hopefully I will start at the beginning of your next trip report, so I do not have to play catch-up the whole report.

Best wishes for your next trip. I hope your new job works out wonderfully without the traffic.
