Thank you Teresa!!! :goodvibes I'm glad I'm doing the something old/new/borrowed/blue & that I finally have completed my list.. Love my family! & 6 MORE DAYS! You have no idea how excited I am! :hyper:

I only have a smelly brother =P SISTER UNITE!

Office Max will probably have the decals! I found mine near the t-shirt iron-ons and office labels, etc if that helps  Shoes, shoes, shoes! *SPARKLEEEE* & Finish that book! (p.s. what book? ;D) Bahahaha, Can you tell I'm getting super excited by my hyperness? xD

So, we went over to Dartmouth tonight, and guess who COMPLETELY FORGOT she wanted to go to Office Max? *sigh* I need a post-it note to remember my brain these days! There's a slight chance we'll drive through there tomorrow after my doctor appointment, so maybe my brain will work then.

I was reading (and finished by 5:30 lol) 'So Silver Bright' by Lisa Mantchev. It's book three of a fantasy young adult trilogy. It was pretty good. I wouldn't go out and buy it, but it was entertaining nonetheless. Plus, with it being YA, it's a fast read, thus bringing my desire to reach book 35 for the year before we left a reality. (I'm way behind this year!)

Oh! I looked at my shoes, and while there's a spot on the bottom that's not directly on the ground, it's super tiny. :confused3 But I did create a Mickey head on the side of each with the rhinestones. I wish I had more stuff to put rhinestones on! :rotfl:

Still under the influence of Dope-a-max?! :rotfl: Work, brain, work! xD I'm not much into fantasy YA per se, but I love me some YA fiction :thumbsup2 Nyx is more into the fantasy books than I am.. Haven't had the time to read much as of late, but once the wedding is over I'll be investing my money into B&N =P I read pretty fast.. I should really get a library card >_> I spend tons of money on books... Pics of the shoes girlie!!! I wanna see!

Nope, no more of that med, thank goodness! While I'm still losing words, I don't feel quite so foggy anymore. Whew!

It's not as full-on fantasy as some stuff (it involves a lot of characters from Shakespeare), but there are definitely fantasy elements to it. I'll read just about anything if the story sounds interesting.

Get yourself to the library, sister! :rotfl: My system is this: get the book from the library, read it, and if I love it and can see myself re-reading it, then I buy it. (Unless it's an author that I know I love and I own the rest of the series) Saves on money and on space!

Are you on Goodreads? And I'll take/post pics tomorrow! Doug wouldn't appreciate me plunking the carry-on on the bed while he's sleeping.

No I'm not on goodreads! Never heard of it.. a book website-y??? Def need to go to the library.. I have about 12 bins (literally) of books in the attic that I have no room for! D; (but refuse to get rid of) I'll be looking out for those pics ;)

Guess who made us another gift?! Well, technically for Mousekeeping:

IMG_0231.jpg

Each day we're staying FMIL put in a tip for Mousekeeping & decorated the envelope with different Disney stickers! She needs to knock it off lol :rotfl:

And I finally made Thank You cards to the guests of my shower.. I seriously give props to all you ladies who write out tons of Thank You notes! I was dying after writing only 7  Thank goodness I only had about 15 guests!

But I made my own very DIY cards (of cardstock & envelopes I already had). Hey, our family knows we're poor & on a budget at least. Not the most creative but I still enjoyed making it all..

Also made my own wrap around address labels! That was fun to make too :goodvibes I think this idea is great! Took it from a Martha Stewart template on MSW 2010. Stuck it on the envelopes with scrapbooking tape dots.

& last but not least: For anyone who wants to know what the new postcards look like when you send and invite to Mickey & Minnie here it is:

Somewhat disappointed... I was hoping it'd be more personable, but understandable it's more mass-produced as I'm sure tons of couples invite them to their wedding these days.. At least it'll be something for the scrapbook! (btw, sent one to WDW & DL and it's the same postcard! So now I have 2... Also received them within 2 weeks of sending the invite as I hear some couples it takes WEEKS to hear anything back).

TTFN!

I didn't even think of inviting Mickey and Minnie, did you send them an actual wedding invitation?

I am so excited for you, it's soo close now! Are you flying out of JFK? I miss NY for the sole fact that my flight to Disney was only 2.5 hours. From Seattle it takes all day AND a layover somewhere. Ah..a small price to pay for love and DF.

Yes! I had the pocket invite, but did a more "blank" invite just with the actually invitation part to them (does that make sense? I didn't include the fancy pocket & the info in the pockets =P) They wouldn't actually come of course lol So I kinda gave them a crappy invite >_> Looks like this~Ta Da!:

I have the addresses somewhere if ya want them! Or you can just do a search here on the Dis to find 'em like I did :thumbsup2

I AM SUPER EXCITED! No, I'm leaving from Stewart International Airport (since it's across town in New Windsor anyway).. Makes it easy for DF's family to drive us! ;) His grandpa is driving him, sister, mom & dad + all luggage & since my friend is staying with us the night before I'll drive with her so she doesn't get lost parking @_@ Never flew our from Stewart before, always went from JFK, but DF's family has flown from there tons of times.

This will be my last post here in The Dis before the wedding! :thumbsup2 It is 7AM and I have yet to even start packing... I've been bad..... We leave tomorrow on our flight at 8AM.. & Today I have am going with my friend Amanda & FSIL Cherie to get manicures & pedicures & eyebrows waxed.. Amanda is staying over as she lives a bit away from me & we need to leave at 5:30AM & she's on our flight locally.. It will be fun! I wrote my vows yesterday (somewhat last minute, I know.. Nyx has yet to write his!) We've just been so busy I've been putting things off.. Next time I write on here will be after we're married & I'll be a Mrs!! Wish me luck =] 2 DAYS!!!

It is raining, that is all I have to say... Not much to do when it rains.. Our carriage ride was cancelled =( Hopefully tomorrow the rain clears up & our day will be magical! Off to find food :goodvibes Bye ladies!

Bummer on the rain, but I am so excited for you...and just a little bit jealous. No matter what everything will be beautiful!! Can't wait to hear about your special day!! YAY TRIP REPORT!!! :yay::yay:
