Wow! That is awesome! Congrats on such a great score! Looks like a lot of us will be in Epcot on the 4th. I think Illuminations has a special added ending for the 4th.

First post for me. We are going July 12-17. We will be staying at Pop with a group of 13 family members.
 
Just bought my new over the shoulder bag from Target today, new sneakers from Payless, and new insoles! I'm getting ready! :cool1:

I love Le Cellier! That was great you got it! I love the online system, I was also able to get an ADR there about a month before our last trip in March.

I saw you guys talking about bags - I don't know if any of you sew, but if you do - I was at Hancock's last weekend and they had clear vinyl Disney on sale! :woohoo: I think it is meant to make outdoor tablecloths or something - but I'm going to make a couple of Disney bags with it to take to the parks.
We will have a stroller, so as long as the strap goes over the handlebar it will be great! They had Nemo, Princesses, and Cars.
I figure they'll be great because it won't matter if they get wet, muddy, dirty, etc. because I can just wipe them off. I'm going to put stuff inside the bag using gallon or quart baggies to keep everything clean and dry.

I've been using my Vera Bradley hipster at a theme park not far away (practice runs!) and have already discovered that it's too hot to have that big ol' strap running across my body all day. It is a convenient bag, and if the strap doesn't bother you I think it would make a great park bag!

Who has cool bag ideas?:idea:

Unfortunately I do not sew but that is a great tip for anyone who does! I think waterproof is important. Many years ago (still had paper driver licenses) I was caught in a downpour at WDW - and my purse was soaked, including my license which was INSIDE a wallet. When we were there in March, we got caught in another soaking rain - even with ponchos, sometimes the rain gets through. I have a nylon bagallini that worked really well, it has a long strap so you can keep your hands free. The only problem is that it did demagnetize our park passes because the closure is magnetic. I think there is a way around that though.

Also, speaking of rain, I learned a tip here on the Boards that came in really handy in March - if your sneakers get soaked in the rain, stuff them tightly with newspaper, it dries them completely. It was amazing. We thought we were going to have to go buy new shoes, but overnight - the sneakers were completely dried and NO odors. I am packing a newspaper, just in case, for our July trip.

We switched from the Poly to CR could you please update. Thanks for all your hard work.
 
We'll be at POP over the 4th of July weekend. Where can I find the info about the fireworks at the different parks?

No but we are thrilled to be back at CR. The last time we stayed was 2002 with the old decor. The last 3 summers we have stayed at the Poly. Can't wait to stay at the CR again :cool1:

We have not stayed there since 2005, and it was also the old decor. We were at the Poly CL last summer and LOVED it, but I am excited to go back to the CR too.

Yeah! I think this was my reservation that I cancelled over the weekend. I posted it on the July ADR cancellation board. We were able to get a little later reeservation on 7/4. I'm glad someone on the disboards was able to scoop it up. Enjoy!
