Thank you TrentMom for letting me know about SouthWest Airlines.

I just booked my flight for Sept for $45/one way -- saved me $213 (after taxes). So we are going one day early to take advantage of the sale price and I was just going to priceline a room. However, DH said with the $$ we saved, why not go to one of the all-stars. Yippee!! Now I just have to wait for a special there. I didn't see any "room only" sales yet for Sept.

We also decided we definitely want a rental car so now I'm looking for specials on that too.

So, I am confused....you are staying at AKL and BCV.....Since you are getting there a day early, you need somewhere to stay, so you are going to stay at one of the all stars?? Is that right??

Well, dwelling over the fact that it's June 1st and May is over, than no, no other plans. I will be sad until our next trip. Yourself?

I hear ya...

We waited and waited for our May trip and now it is over....

the ticker you see for Xmas is not 100% definite, but I had to put it up to make me happy....

My DH gets a bonus the first weekend in Nov, and we were going to use it to fly down to FL, stay with his brother who lives down there and visit the parks for 2 days.....just to see the decorations and hit a few rides....

If not, then we might not be able to go until late 2008 or early 2009...and that is so far away....

Once upon a time Trentmom was a cheerleader. She started at 7 years old and continued until her Sophomore year in high school. Believe it or not she was "painfully shy" She not only wouldn't talk to anyone she wouldn't even look at anyone she didn't know. Now she will talk to anyone who will listen, lol. Quite a major turn around and a great one too! She's the best daughter a mom could ever hope for and she gave this mom the best grandson ever!

Oh, and DD HAS to get Dippin' Dots. Sometimes I think the only reason she wants to go to the zoo or Children's Museum is because those are the only places that she can get them.

We have Dippin' Dots at the BJs near us. I dunno if you have those near you they're one of the bulk clubs.
